The woman who was the alleged target of Nowak will not be getting a restraining order.

On Wednesday, a judge denied the request by Colleen Shipman.

Nowak admits spraying her with pepper spray. But the judge said there isn't enough evidence to show Nowak will try and go after Shipman again.

Nowak was ordered to have no further contact with Shipman.

A full hearing on the restraining order request is planned for later this month.

 

Let's see, she peed in pants for 900 miles, with a knife, hammer, rubber tubing, and a BB gun, large garbage bags, and pepper spray (which she used on the petitioner) ... what is the benefit to anyone of not allowing the petition (sort of like a snow bird leaving the top down on a rented convertable ... there is no percentage in it, in Florida).  How do these idiots get appointed, elected, much less be allowed to make decisions for anyone?

It has become more apparent the number of incredibly obese, and angry, people who utlize the "handicap" system ... I can remember when handicap meant people with conditions not in their control (paralyzed, etc.) ... now it seems the system grants anyone who is considered "less than capable" with a "handicap badge" ... I was grocery shopping this past week for the holidays (which is frenetic enough) ... I am typically patient in these circumstances ... trodding cautiously down one of the isles behind numerous carts, I get rammed in the b-hind by an electric cart with (you guessed it) a woman in her late 30's (my guess) who was so fat that she barely fit on the cart... I turned and asked "excuse me?" ... her response was incredible ... "I don't know why you people can't hurry up" ... first of all "you people", meaning the rest of we "fit to modestly overweight people" trying to buy last minute condiments for the holidays and secondly, how fast are we supposed to go, we are only walking and pushing carts ... as I looked in her scooter cart's basket, it was apparent the "heart, much less life healthy" diet wasn't a priority ... short of the BLEEP-BLEEP's ... I asked her what the problem was ... her response, "can't you people see I'm handicapped?" ... "Handicapped?" I responded, now PO'ed ... you're "effing" fat ... that is your choice ... it's not a handicap, it is a problem ... and quite frankly, I'm tired of footing the bill for your inability to control your inability to continuously ram food into you nast fat mouth" ... and if the next excuse is that they are fat and angry because of a "psych" problem, that doesn't qualify for "handicapped status" lest 80% of the population would somehow qualify ... I escaped the grocery store "unrammed" again, and as I was putting my groceries in my car, a van load of people pull into a handicapped spot a couple cars down ... out pours, or flabs, an obese lady, and three on their way to "handicap" freedom, kids, aged 12 to about 18 ... disgusting...fat is fat, not a handicap, but a choice...don't you think?

It boggles my mind that a person so cold, self serving, divisive, and egocentric could be considered Presidential material ... until one understands that most voters today are functionally illiterate and intellectually stifled ... bottom line, if she were to be elected the only one not getting screwed will be Bill.

Anybody getting a little tired of the rude and inconsiderate large SUV driving soccer mom's, who cannot leave their own driveway with jamming a cell phone to their made up faces, who are totally oblivious to what is behind, along side, much less what is in front of them? I am.
