There is something I see every day and it really bothers me.

I see this guy coming to pick his wife up from work and they have a child. Since the child was born they never have the kid in a car seat. Every time the child is in his lap when he pulls up. Even when she comes out from work she puts the child on her lap and off they go.

I pray every night that nothing ever happens to this child because of his parents not caring enough to put him in a car seat. I have recently prayed that they get caught doing it. I don't know if that's right or not but the kid can't speak for himself. Unless they get caught and get a ticket, might be the only way they start putting him in a car seat.

I would go up and say something to them but the way things are now you can get hurt by doing that. Plus there are other reasons. I feel like I am in a rock and a hard place here. What would you do?
