Wonder why All News Stations report crime as it is happening instead of reporting why

these criminals are out on the streets in the first place? It seems after the report on the

crime itself is done the next words we hear are "the criminal has a lenghty arrest record

including multiple violent crimes. Could we not force the hand of our ELECTED officials if

the reporters would ask the judges that keep letting these thugs off with sometimes not

even a slap on the wrist WHY? If the ELECTED officials were to be in the spotlight

everytime one of their convicted and released criminals commited ANOTHER crime then

the public might be able to make better decisions when it is time to vote again. Just a

thought, Chime in if you will

When you have to lock up thousands of illegal aliens and many more thousands due to the war on drugs there is just not enough room for violent criminals. Want a real eye opener? Do a search on the states sexual offender database and see just how many sickos we have out on the street. Its down right scary.

One of the many reasons I'm voting all judges out!
We need to send a message to those that have authority over our lives, let them KNOW we are fed up, and if you cannot and will not get the job done..then we will replace you, by electing you out.

yeah twizlled thats exactly what I mean.
TJ overcrowding? I wouldnt care if they were stacked on top of each other 10 deep. They put themselves in that situation.
What I am getting at is to stop the revolving door. Remember when everyone was afraid to commit a crime in Texas because of the harsh penalties? I would love to hear that about Florida. "Florida, a nice place to live just don't commit a crime."

Hey DF remember not to long agao the cell phone found with pictures of a six year lod girl holding and aiming handguns and her father holding weapons also? He was a FIVE time felon, Why is this scumbag still walking amongst the NORMAL. What do you want to bet he gets off light AGAIN

If only we could make our judiciary accountable for their actions...but we lost control of that branch of government some time back and we are now paying the price for our inattention to them and their ever growing power...judges are “above the law” and it shows !
As far as the “three strike law” did you mis the legal attack on it not long ago , seams that the majority of violent criminals are minority so the three strike law was considered “racist” ...yet another wonderful PC move !

Again, THREE SIMPLE WORDS for the habitual or violent criminals or those that RUN from the law:

"SHOOT TO KILL"


No jail time, no excess tax money spent keeping them incarcerated *(if they stay there), no revolving door justice.

Just PULL the trigger and put the vermin out of the misery right there johhny-on-the-spot and BE DONE WITH IT.

Hey, Native....I like your way of thinking.
No one fears committing a crime these days, it's a slap on the wrist and back on the street. I get my blood boiling when I think about what I would do if I was a judge...and it wouldn't be pretty. Jail is only a place today to get three square meals, cable tv, and a free membership to a GYM. DON"T figure...why crime is up.
