okay did any of you see the harlem globetrotters the other night no tv. i was gluded to the tv. i have never really seen them and i tell you. those guys are better athletes than any of the guys on the nba.

I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE EVEN DATING!

Former tennis champion Chris Evert and ex-golf number one Greg Norman announced their engagement on Friday, during the South African Open golf tournament in the South-Western Cape.
Evert and Norman have both divorced their spouses in the last year -- Australian Norman agreeing a reported $100-million settlement with Laura in September and Evert splitting from Andy Mill, her second husband, last December.
Evert, the winner of 18 grand slam singles titles, confirmed the engagement at a news conference to announce she would be building a tennis centre at the Pearl Valley Golf Estates, where the South African Open golf is being held.
Asked whether there were any marriage plans between her and Norman, the American, sporting a large diamond on her left ring finger, replied: "Well, it is an engagement ring. We were engaged on Sunday night coming over here, en route to South Africa. We don't know when and where we'll be married though."
Evert, 53, jokingly asked Norman: "Why don't you say something to them (the media)? Gee, you're a big chicken!"
The 52-year-old Norman, a former world number one, is lying seventh equal in the South African Open on the second day of the tournament.

i can imagine the report is at all shocking to you, but do you think this will put a black eye on baseball or do you think this too will pass?

i just had to put this on here because my photographer is a die hard ohio state fan. i am shocked he even got out of bed this morning. infact his eyes look a little puffy.(i think he has been crying)

 

ohio state lost...looks like no championship this year..those gator fans must be happy!!

did you see that this atlanta football player was indicted for having dog fights.. are you kidding me...nice roll model for kids.

it's sort of a presidential funeral today in daytona beach. the man nascar drivers, executives and fans call "the man" will be honored by the public today. bill france was a visonary and well respected businessman..he will be missed by many.

see the who's who of nascar today at 5:00 as they pay their respects to the most powerful name in american motorsports...

if any of you have met bill france or have a great story about  your nascar visit we would love to hear about them.
