MURRIETA, Calif. (AP) _ Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested in Riverside County for investigation of drug use and sexual battery. The Sheriff's Department says Dick, 42, was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. Wednesday in the parking lot near the Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Murrieta. Details were not released. The former co-star of the TV sitcom "NewsRadio" is being held on $5,000 bail. In 1999, Dick was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana after driving his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood. He went into a diversion program. Last year, he was cited in Columbus, Ohio, for urinating in public.

When I saw that story this morning, I had a similar thought. "Yeah, the guy sure lives up to his name".

Especially after that article I read last year about how he gave the late Phil Hartman's wife, who had been sober from drugs for 10 years, a bag of cocaine.

Long story short, comedian Jon Lovitz, a friend of Hartman, was furious over it. Eventually, they ended up in a brawl at the Laugh Factory. Lovitz reportedly grabbed Andy by the head, and smashed his face into the bar four or five times.

Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. Good job, Lovitz.

I cant believe anyone care what this moron does, he has no talent at all, he is not funny,
he cant act, heck he cant even drink, which seems to be the only talent he practices at alot...I say put him back under the rock he crawled out from under.

This guy is definetly a hack. I don't think getting arrested is going to change anything, he's got that, "I'm a star, I'm invicible!" attitude.
