Madonna has made her dislike for Sarah Palin very clear by banning the politician from attending her world tour.

The singer shared her political views whilst performing a show in New Jersey as part of her Sticky & Sweet tour.

She told the crowd: "Sarah Palin can't come to my party. Sarah Palin can't come to my show. It's nothing personal,"

And this outburst against the Republican party is not the first for Madge.

On her current tour she used John McCain's image in a video clip alongside scences of destruction, global warming, starving children and Adolf Hitler.

A spokesperson for McCain's campaign said Madonna's actions were, “outrageous, unacceptable and crudely divisive all at the same time.”

It seems the superstar is walking a fine line.

I think it's one thing to express ones opinions, but that is pretty petty and childish.. I wouldn't mind being banned from her either.

Candy theres actually a nice middle ground to small is not fun to big just gets gross saggy stretch marked :-P

Madonna has already earned a rep for being a ditzy blonde anyway, who has twisted opinions and thoughts, a mind of her own building! She herself has done things which others wouldn't think of doing so her opinions about any other person will not be sketched in stone!

Look Madonna just likes to hear herself talk. Besides, why would Palin even attend one of her concerts? I wouldn't want to either. Even I thought it was harsh when she put McCain and Hitler together and frankly I just don't like McCain or Palin. XD

And for the last time I'm asking this. WHY DO WE CARE WHY THIS BRITISH POP ARTIST THINKS?! SHE'S BRITISH HENCE SHE HAS NO BUSINESS IN UNITED STATES POLITICS. Yeesh. She's not much of a superstar if she has to sing half naked to get attention anyway.

I got some news for Madonna; Comparing McCain to Adolf Hitler has to be the funniest things I have ever read. How 'bout Obama to Hitler, I think that's more accurate. You know I'm tired of celebrities and them jumping on the so-called band wagon of Obama. And them hailing him as the next Messiah and how he plans on saving us all. It makes me sick. They don't like McCain because they don't know what it's like to be middle class and worry about bill's and mortgages. And they can AFFORD to be eco friendly, and green, and live in the world of fairies and rainbows. And basically, think that because us middle class watch their movies or tv shows or buy their music that we somehow give a crap about their opinions. And we don't. Madonna can keep making her horrible music or whatever she does, and her everyone else in the entertainment industry can get the heck out of America and move to France. I hear they have it real good.

Well, I wouldn't want THAT low class, low life, $lutty, bioch, Madonna, to come anywhere near me, my children OR any party I was throwing, so WHO CARES, is right! As if someone of Sarah Palin's caliber is gonna give a rat's azz what a BLEEP like Madonna thinks! Sheese!
Great Post, Rexsmom!

Palin inciting people at her rally to the point of chanting "kill, kill." I'm not sure that I would blame anyone for not wanting her at their concert.

Palin was a nice diversion for McCain although she has proved to be a bit of a problem for him. Her cheerleading abilities don't seem to be translating into votes and she publicly stated her disagreement with some of his campaign strategies such as pulling out of Michigan.

Madonna lower classed than the self-described "pit bull with lipstick?" I don't think so. Modonna could probably give her some tips about how to further her career after they lose the election.........maybe she will want to pose in Playboy or something in order to keep her working class male base.

Yeah, I would say that a tough mom with 5 kids and a husband is far more respectable then "superslut". Keep dreaming on the Playboy thing, I just can't see her doing that.

Shadows, they were chanting "drill, drill" (as in for oil) not "kill, kill".

You are SUCH a childish moron!

As for Madonna, who gives a bleep what that BLEEP thinks! She doesn't even live in the US!

She obviously has learned nothing from the Dixie Chicks. Does she think all her fans are liberals? Perhaps she should ban all conservatives from her concerts too.

She probably won't have to. I doubt if any will show up for her politically oriented shows anyway.

Cat Fight! Rarrrrrrrrr! (Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode)

Madonna’s just jealous because Palin still could pass for someone in her 20’s and Madonna is all wrinkly and sagging. Palin has really brought back that whole Van Halen “Hot for Teacher” thang for guys Worldwide. And Madonna . . . she’s Channeling Margaret Thatcher these days, esp. with the British accent . . . which isn’t a bad thing. I DIG the ThatchMeister. But Madonna’s just not aging well and is throwing a tantrum over it.

Cat Fight!

Like it or not, Madonna's words carry weight. No doubt, to decent folk anyway, she is an icon of human garbage, but there are throngs who hang on to her every word. Her adoring fans choose to either ignore or even emulate her trashy, immoral lifestyle and performances. At the end of the day, though, there are lots and lots of voters in that crowd. Yes, you should be afraid for our future......

DaytonaFrank, you really should watch something besides FoxNews. The chants and hateful comments during her rallies have been noted by several media sources and many can be found on the Web if you know how to do a search.

Your threat or promise not to show up for any of Madonna's shows must have her terribly upset. ........don't be surprised if you receive a call from her.

Rexsmom set a new standard for respectability.....the correlation of the number of children that a woman births, to her level of respectability is one worth exploring. I never realized that the willingness to give birth afforded automatic respectability in our society.....especially considering the frequent criticisms and/or condemnations of ADC mothers, etc.

Sounds like today could be another big day for Palin in Alaska......stay tuned.

mscsailor, you make some good points. However, regarding our future, it might be worthwhile to look at the past. How many people have lost money by investing and believing in the American corporations and/or our government? Compare that number to the number of people who have lost money by investing and/or believing in Madonna.

I think that you would have to agree that Madonna and her controversial style and words are much less dangerous to our country than some of the freshly scrubbed Corporate CEOs and Politicians. Madonna is not running for VP either.

mscsailor read my blog

No, I would not agree. Madonna and her ilk represent what is REALLY wrong with today's society. There have always been those capitalists who take advantage of the rules for their own benefit. One has but to look back to the robber barons of the 19th/early 20th centuries. However, Madonna represents something far, far worse. She is an icon for "if it feels good, do it" permissive behavior. Until the past generation or two, the nuclear family carried decent society forward from generation to generation. Now, the nuclear family is long gone, children have no fathers and STD's threaten us all. Now the nuclear family is even disrespected by the amoral (yes, amoral)liberals- and Madonna is surely a shining example of liberalism gone beserk.

Well the up side is that liberals are less likely to vote then conservatives. We know the issues better and are generally more into politics.

mscsailor read my blog
Oct 10, 2008 | 10:48 AM

This is usually quite true. In the past, most all dem/lib voter drives have failed to make a real difference on election day. However, this year may well be different, considering many of the "new" voters are pretty energized and will cast ballots based on hatebush and on race.

shadows read my blog
Oct 10, 2008 | 11:08 AM

mscsailor, how can that be? Won't the voters blame the economic disaster on Madonna instead of Bush? We know that it was her words and actions that led us into this mess!! LOL

Next you will be telling us that GW attended one of her concerts and was forever changed for the worse. Talk about desperate....who's next.....that former liberal Paul Newman?

BTW, Madonna is a business person and capitalist.......I'll bet that you didn't realize that she actually makes a lot of money doing what she does.

Does "new voters" include those registered 72 times and dead people? Can I go to Ohio and cast my Grandpa's ballot? He died in 1952, but I know how he would vote if he were still alive.
