One has to remember that at the time the Bill of Rights was written society on the whole was a more religous and moral lot. America was established primarily by people seeking religous freedom. Not many years earlier people were burned at the stake for possessing a Bible translated into English. Queen Mary ( Bloody Mary ) of England had three hundred people alone burned at the stake solely for having a Bible in English text. Those days are long over and that is well. Unfortunately our fore-fathers didn't envision some of the extremes people in this day and age go to in EXPRESSION. For example : child molesters claim child pornography is protected by this bill and art as well. I beg to disagree with that. The problem is that by allowing these acts to go on without enforcement of other laws ensures that even more laws will be written with further restrictions. The honest, moral, and law abiding seem to be the only ones whose rights are threatened. Now if the before mentioned criminal ( molester )was hung,shot, or even burned at the stake, I believe there would be less need for more law. Those caught expire,some more might have a very graphic reason to modify their behavior to something exceptable by society. I am damn tired of the current state of : SOCIETY IS TO BLAME. The criminal is and he is the one who should pay.

I have a right to misspell,butcher and bastardise the language, it's a protected right ! LMAOROF !!!!! Seriously though, I still haven't figured out how to use the spell check. I've found that spelling,grammer, and punctuation have little to do with actual content. Content is either : agreeable,disagreeable,correct,incorrect,valid,baseless
,factual,biased,serious or humorous. I try to keep my comments based solely on my take of those qualities,with two exceptions : lawyers and politicians. When speaking of them, I will most likely be : biased,contemptuous,possibly profane, and sometimes humorous. I believe that to be PC ( positively correct) though and PROTECTED SPEECH !

The only violations of free speech I have seen, is on the blog here at Fox.

The bleeped word list changes weekly. A word is in, a word is out. It changes constantly. This is frustrating. They should take a lesson from thier sister company, myspace. You can say whatever you please there.
