Why aren't all of the Hollywood celebrities holding telethons and asking for help in restoring Iowa and helping the folks affected by the floods?
Why isn't the media asking the tough questions about why the federal government hasn't solved the problem? 
Where are all the FEMA trucks and trailers?
Why isn't the Federal Government relocating Iowa people to free hotels in Chicago?
When will Spike Lee say that the Federal Government blew up the levees that failed in Des Moines?
Where is Sean Penn in his rescue boat and the Dixie Chicks?
Where are all the 24/7 lurid news tales of cannibalism and unnecessary drowning's?
Why did Iowans evacuate so prematurely; why are they not holed up in deathtrap sports centers?
Where are all the looters stealing high-end tennis shoes and big screen television sets?
When wi ll we hear Governor Chet Culver say that he wants to rebuild a 'vanilla' Iowa, because that's the way God wants it?
Where are the people declaring that George Bush hates white, rural people?
Why are the Iowans not complaining more and demanding to be saved?
How come in about 2 weeks, you will never hear about the Iowa flooding ever again?

I bet you wont get any real answers.
We already know the reasons but "white folks" drowning in misery isnt the faux cause of Hollywood because it isnt chic.
Now, if you would pardon me, I have some foriegn babies to adopt.

They are all to busy trying to find people who are still suffering in New Orleans...its getting harder and harder now that the “Tab” for that city (not including direct funding for levees) has reached $354 billion ...(for a city with an estimated total value the day before th hurricane of less than $50 billion) ...go find me some poor brown or black victims and the news will start yelling (if you can blame it Bush that is !)

If any anwers were presented they wouldn't make much sense like Obama's empty words just words according to him just words..
THE BIG TROUBLE WITH THE DEM'S IS THEY DON'T BELIEVE IN TAKING RESPONSIBILTY BLAME IS THEIR ONLY ANSWER..

They are exactly where they should be!

This is Iowa ... NOT New Orleans!

What do I mean?

Iowa: home of the self sufficient, people who say "I can" .. acheivers ... etc etc

New Orleans: a mainly predominant culture of under-achievers ... a culture spawned on aid of some sort ... the "I can't, you do it for me" society ... etc etc

That is it in a nutshell. You won't see Jesse or Al there, or any of the MSM!

They only feel sorry for natural disasters that happen in black areas! And blame the President for it all!

White people don't cry as much as they did in Louisiana, funny how the same thing happened in Mississippi too but you didn't hear them complain nearly as much. There is a difference between whiners and people who do everything they possibly can to save what they have! Mutchers are always the first to whine!

Well that and this group of people does not sit on its butt waiting for George Bush to come and personally carry them out of danger on his back, because the black mayor told them to just before he hauled butt for Texas !

Concerned person who feels like expressing my opinion while I still can. I have been in Florida since 1973 when things were less hectic crime was not a problem. I enjoy writing to the editor,emailing to higher ups when things seem out of control like the current crime wave. I believe in free speech and it seems people are letting that slip away as they are told what to say at certain seasonal times. I think our media is our biggest threat using their liberal viewpoints and if wrong they are not responsible for errors I cant understand the Supreme's courts power we do not elect this group but we are at their mercy if you can call it that on issues that have an effect how we behave. People in power we dont electt that are backed by special interst groups or maybe some appointments are not acceptable to certain parties and therefore some well qualified individuals never get the appoiintment. The supreme court opens their sessions with a prayer and the ten commandments are on their very building. When will the media think before addressing dangerous things that are picked up by the media and sort of become a fad for copycats like the Campus massacares occurring senselessly. I have raised 5 sons and one daughetr 4 of my sons were in the military submariners. Enjoy this site lots of controversy and also informative!!
