How did the concept of tipping start? I feel that my tip should be based on the quality of service provided! I do not agree with the mandatory large party tip either.
Why is tipping not allowed at certain businesses? If we want to tip for quality service, why do certain employers have strict rules banning this practice? I know a few companies will terminate an employee found accepting tips from well meaning customers!
What is the harm of accepting a tip?

The F.C.A.T. exam / and the education system here in Florida, primarily in Orange & Osceola county, is definitely NOT challenging enough. I have had three daughters attend school here at Cypress Creek and Osceola High Scool. All three passed the F.C.A.T. with some of the highest rankings in their respective schools. The all felt that the F.C.A.T. was well below their grade levels at the time. They each finished with extra time, 20 minutes or more to go in the testing process. They find that the education system is definitely geared toward the less advanced students, most of the classes are boring to them, so much so that they are able to complete the daily homework assignments prior to the finish of class.
