Who's job is it?

County and state elections are long over with; yet I drive down the road and I see sign after sign, of pictures and names sticking in the ground or hanging from post. Isn't this litter? If you are drining down the road and throw a ciggarette out of your car that is a ticketable offense, yet these signs are there until the state lawn mowers run them down. These people need to get off there bum and go clean their mess up. we all know they arent doing anything alse.
