A Scary Thought

I have been reading through the posts and watching the news reported on Fox this morning on the progress or lack of it in the Caylee incident. It amazes me the amount of negative and judgment calls made by so many.
Our Republic is based on Innocent Until Proven Guilty. The authorities have stated their position, the assumption of death. Casey has chosen to remain silent for what ever reason, it's her right whether we like it or not. The attorney, well he's just being a typical attorney in a high profile case. The grandparents and brother are immediate family of Casey and Caylee, albeit a little strange to most observers. They have that right, we all appear a little strange to others at times in our life.
I think it is time for the finger pointing to stop and get on with locating this child. Forget who is right and who is wrong. The results will be the same no matter what any of us think. Stop slanting things one way or another to fit our beliefs. There is not one of us that know any of the facts, only speculation, to make any type of reasonable judgment other than Caylee is missing. There is enough blame to go around on all sides.
Heres a couple of fact's you can mull on, once incarcerated it is near impossible to speak with anyone on the outside including the authorities. The only call your allowed is a collect type. Try making one to the detective! You can always submit a request that might or might not be handled in an expedient manner. The other is, Casey had plenty of time to flee but chose not to, sound like a killer's action to you?
Thanks all for reading but just needed to weigh in on where our concept of the system has evolved to in 2008. Judge Bean, maybe?

The Daytona Beach City Council has finally got those magnificent palm trees in place on A1A (Atlantic Blvd). I have noticed the massive amount of visitors standing on the side walks just amazed that there are palm trees in Florida. (in the middle of the street too)
Only problem is they are complaining about the total lack of convenient parking . I think a better approach would have been metered parking along the "strip". They could have designed the meters to look like little palm trees if they wanted trees so bad. Now theres something the tourist would remember!
Then there is our wonderful unused Pier. I am so happy no one goes there it might spoil the aesthetics of our magnificent beach (empty) as is the Band Shell, Hotels, and the Condo's. This way we all can go use the pier in Flager (full). Share the wealth! I know it looks good in those pictures though!
Then there is the pleasant Daytona Police Dept. You know the ones, the only time you see them get out of their cars is when they go to eat in a restaurant that gives them a discount. Try saying hello, or asking them a question (they get pretty ticked when you interrupt their important conversation between themselves in front of Starbucks). Kudos to those motorcycle officers that felt it necessary to save the city money and adjust that windshield at the bus station. The exit was great guys, careless and reckless, nice show and example!
Thats it for today. LOL
Another Major Problem Solved!

I was so excited today that another huge problem has been solved by those in power!
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) A lake in downtown Orlando will soon be
home to every kind of swan, after new shipments of the regal birds
arrive.
Lake Eola Park has long been home to mute and black swans. Now
city leaders and a nonprofit group that provides veterinary care
for the birds plan to import representatives of all swan species.
The first swans in that project, a pair of whooper swans, are
expected to arrive by jet in Orlando on Wednesday afternoon.
Black-neck swans from South America, Coscoroba swans, trumpeter
swans, the tundra swan from the Arctic and the Bewick's swan also
will represented on Lake Eola by the fall. The birds' wings will be
clipped to keep them in the park.
Park officials hope the plan will attract more birdwatchers to
visit the city and Lake Eola.
So what say YE?? I am so happy for the bird watchers and the swans with their clipped wings. I also want to congratulate the City leaders for solving this huge problem.
