Yep. She had Biden stuttering just like Obama, and was smiling the whole time!

It was refreshing to see a mature respectful debate about the issues for once. And that’s saying a LOT for Biden, who rarely shows respect or professionalism when debating with opponents on Political talk shows. He didn’t condescend to Palin and only exclaimed, “Look!”, his favorite condescending term, once to the moderator (he’s rude to moderators as often as he is to his opponents – he’s a hot head who gets easily frustrated by those pesky Questions). In that respect, Biden out-did himself. But his message remained the same tired monotonous message: “Bush, Bush, Bush, Bush, Bush, Bush, Bush” – how many times did he say that in one turn? Bush isn’t running.

As for Palin, for any of us who have perhaps wondered if there was a Woman in America (we’ve all seen the great Margaret Thatcher in strong steady command) who is ready for such a position as Vice President, we’ve just seen her. She showed that she understands all the issues, the problems we face, and what we need to do to fix them. And she defined her role as Vice President very clearly and made it clear that she’s ready. I have to admit, I would have rather seen Romney or Huckabee in her place. of the McCain/Palin ticket.

Palin seems convincingly ready. And Biden is right – he’s been doing the same things so long that he isn’t going to change his ways. I believe his self-assessment. And watching how he has handled himself over the years, I don’t believe anything else he says and I don't want him. He's part of what's wrong in our govt.

Exactly gman. An entrenched Washington fossil.

I still cannot believe that Obama was blowing his horn for change, then picks Biden!

What a joke! Like picking Ted Kennedy!
