Definition of "Emo"

Ok so we have all heard of "emo" music. So, there are so many definitions of 'emo'! So what is yours?And if you have heard of them, do you cansider the band "My Chemical Romance" emo? What about HIM? Bullet for my Valentine?

emo stands for emotional. My Chemical romance makes Emotional music. But not emotional as in wow that pretty or wow thats deep but more as in wow i want to go cut myself. Its pain and sorrow mixed with deep meanings. Though now emo is more of a style than music thanks to myspace.

My Chemical Romance definitely not Emo, Bullet for my Vallentine also not Emo, HIM isn't either.
Funeral for a Friend, Saosin, Silverstein, Death Cab for Cutie, The Killers and Thursday are a few to name. Those are Emo bands. It's just emotional punk rock music, most likely singing about suicide or no love or something along that line. Just a little more emotional feeling than usual.

i am what you could call a cow loving american! The four things i love the most in my life are cows, family, god, and my country. I would do anything for all four. I like rock & country music! I also love the song crazy train by the ozzman!!!!!!!!!!!
