GFDL Models Not that good

What is it with the reliance on the GFDL models?????  (by Friday I had this horrible urge for meatballs... to go with all the spaghetti!)  During Fickle Fay's trek, I, and other models were more correct with the path.  (Remember that I am an amatuer meteorologist with a better record that the professionals. I generally am 3-4 "pedictions" ahead of the professionals.)    In the case of Fickle Fay, the GFDN and ANVI models were more accurate... and so far, with Gustaz, they have been more "true" than the GFDL modes.
