It's a romantic full moon, when Pedro said, "Hey, mamacita, let's do Weeweechu."

Oh no, not now, let's look at the moon!" said Rosita.

Oh, c'mon baby, let's you and I do Weeweechu. I love you and it's the perfect time," Pedro begged.

"But I wanna just hold your hand and watch the moon." replied Rosita.

Please, corazoncito
(my love), just once, do Weeweechu with me."

Rosita looked at Pedro and said, "OK, one time, we'll do Weeweechu."

Pedro grabbed his guitar and they both sang.....

"Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, Weeweechu a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year."

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Thursday, November 13, 2008 What a spectacular evening THE LATIN GRAMMY GALA ...

It was breathtaking to see so many latinos and Americans come together in this wondefully elegant evening of awards of latin pops, country and folklore music. It brought me to tears to see VICKI CARR.........OMG........my mother adore her music and she is still STANDING and SINGING with her beautiful voice. Kenny G. was also there. My God that man can hypnotized you with his flute.

The best part was to see so many like I've said, Colombia; Brazil, PuertoRico, Cuba, Argentina, Pananama and America..........united under one roof.

Gloria Stefan was absolutely incredible. HER MUSIC SINCE THE EARLY 70's with the Miami Sound Machine still kicking.

But the greatest part of all.................was to see Gloria Estefan along with JOSE FELICIANO (GOSH he looked incredible) and MY ALL TIME FAVORITE SANTANA.........was simply an emotional time. The music; the lyrics just makes your heart pound and your feet moving to the beat COME EVERYBODY DO THE CONGA......

What a spectacular and elegant evening. I truly enjoyed every bit of it. Especially my husband  who adores Santana.

Though this picture was from his concert this year, April, 2008 UCF ARENA.

LOVING THE MUSIC. I LOVE THE TRIBUTE GIVING TO CELIA CRUZ, SELENA AND TITO PUENTE..............ONE OF LATINO AMERICA GREATEST only to name a few!

171/2  years ago.  It still brings a chill to hear her sing this with the orchestra, the fly over and Desert Storm in full swing.

You will always be remembered Celia......one of Cuba's hottest Latin artist.  Evident by her unexpected death ...her last album......LA VIDA ES UN CARNIVAL............LIFE IS A CARNIVAL...........left Celia Cruz once again proving that she is a legend of her own.  I couldn't help but shed tears as this woman from Union City, NJ immitated this LEGEND ..THE RESEMBLENCE was uncanny of that of Celia.  Having seen this woman in so many concerts/dances.......truly gave me a chill up and down the spine.  ONCE CELIA HIT THE STAGE THERE WAS NO GOING BACK TO YOUR SEATS..........you can feel the rhythem hit your feet.......and DANCE DANCE THE NIGHT WAY..............Celia and Tito Puentes......both legends together were FOREVER ONE OF THE BEST CONCERTS IN THE LATIN MUSIC WORLD...................AZUCAR.................RIE LLORA QUE ACADA CUAL LE LLEGA SU HORA................Laugh, cry for everyone's day will come.......HER MUSIC and her words in that last album WILL RING for many many years................WE LOVE YOU CELIA...........AND YOU ARE DEARLY MISSED.................

Puerto Rican hottest and baddest drum, congas you name it HE'S PLAYED IT........may he rest in peace 1923-2000. I still remember his smiling face and his passion for drums.  As a young girl and up to his death NEVER MISSED ONE OF HIS CONCERTS/DANCES....where SALSA was at its best.  My God I remember in the 80's Tito Puentes and Celia Cruz (made she also rest in peace) those two together was unforgetable.  The massive people at their concerts and the hottest dancers.........QUE VIVA TITO PUENTES...........you're a legend in the LATIN COMMUNITY..........you will forever live in our hearts and in your music.............Gosh, I give anything for a last concert.  With heartfelt tears, remembering his time of death......the crowd going crazy......for losing one of Puerto Rico's best..................................RIP

It is pure joy to see my husband so enthusiastic and acting like a kid knowing he will be at SANTANA'S concert........truly a remarkable artist and what a great come back..Having won so many grammy's in his 2000 world tour...........HE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST...I can still remember..being 12 - 13...listening to his music and loving every moment..For my husband, who I may add - has a resemblance to Santana when he wears his bandanas, he is just as excited as a kid playing nintendo.  In 2000, we went to see him in concert in Holmdel, NJ..what a performance MACY GRACE introduction couldn't had been so successful without him..........she was absolutely wonderful.  Remembering that concert.....my husband was injured and he refused to use a wheelchair and/or walking walker.......took him over my shoulder and a cane......AND IT WAS THE BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES............of course, we left before the ending..jUST WHEN SANTANA was getting hot and throwing down WITH HIS OLDIES BUT GOODIES..........didn't want to be trample in the crowd..........CAN'T WAIT.........

We have just about every record recorded good old records days......LOL

Its so hard to believe that this young beautiful mexican pop star is gone..just when her career was starting to kick off..her own clothing; music and much much more.  She was simply beautiful and so full of life.  At the tender age of 24 shot and killed by her greedy fan club manager..........How devasting it still remains for her close knit family who year after year never fail to do an beautiful rememberance in Selena's name.  May you rest in peace dear child.  Your music is still one of the best and one that I will always listen too...
