I have been following this case with a very heavy heart since it exploded onto the media scene. My belief is that Caylee was murdered! I also believe Casey is not alone in her involvement. I have a deep suspicion that Cindy and George are also VERY enmeshed in the circumstances of this crime. Many hope that Caylee is still alive, some even believe she is, but considering the length of time and total lack of heartfelt concern on the Anthony's part I am sadly not one of those people. Some people are hoping this was an accidental death caused by negligence on Casey's part, but considering the actions of those involved I can not hold to this hope. That poor baby was murdered in cold blood and there is more than one guilty party in this case!

The Anthony's have used this opportunity to find a child they claim to be 'just missing' as a portal to fame. It seems every time they appear in the news, on talk shows, in internet forums the focus is on me me me, I I I, poor Casey this, poor Casey that,. They are so busy trying to make themselves look good in the public eye that they have almost forgotten about Caylee all together. Disgusting glory seekers! People who are genuinely concerned for a truly loved member of their precious family DO NOT conduct themselves like fame crazed attention seekers. They do not tell lies to the ones who can help them sort it all out, they do not obstruct an investigation, they do not solicit...Their ONE concern is finding their loved one unharmed and they will do about anything to help the process not hurt it! If one of my children went missing NO ONE would be able to stop me from physically searching for them, even tearing up the very earth in my efforts to find them.

Fact 1. George is a Homicide Detective! Homicide Detectives know EXACTLY what decomposing human flesh smells like. They would also have extensive knowledge of how best to dispose of a body then create a diversion to buy time. They study numerous cases year in year out and more than likely have a huge understanding in the mechanics of committing a crime and covering it up. They have a well trained analytical mind used to find even the tiniest bits of evidence.

Fact 2. Cindy is a Nurse who is married to a Homicide Detective. A large number of Nurses also know what decomposing human flesh smells like. They also understand the basics of DNA evidence and being married to a homicide detective more than likely gave her a huge understanding about crime scene investigation. They have a well trained analytical mind used to observe small details to better help fellow colleagues heal patients.

Fact 3. Casey and Lee grew up in a home with a Homicide Detective for a father and a Nurse for a mother. There is a level of understanding into these professions throughout this family that is higher than some one outside of a situation like this would have.

Now considering the facts there is a very likely possibility that they are all involved in this crime. It's not just strange why Casey didn't report Caylee missing it is also strange that George and Cindy didn't have their suspicions up from the beginning considering all of the odd things coming to light. No daughter, no granddaughter for days on end, gas cans missing, cars being abandoned, large amounts of money disappearing from credit and bank accounts, lies, lies, lies! One thing that bothers me is Mr. and Mrs. Anthony's total lack of understanding that Casey didn't have a job for quite a LONG period of time. If Casey and Caylee were living with George and Cindy for all of Caylee's short life and being supported by them wouldn't they understand the financial fundamentals of the situation and subsequently report certain things on their taxes like maybe for instance claiming both Casey and Caylee. Wouldn't Casey's W2s come to the Anthony household at years end? Another thing.....when George went into the trunk of the car and discovered the missing gas cans wouldn't he have smelled the decomposition as well? Also if there was suspicion by the detectives on this case to dig up the Anthony back yard wouldn't George at least also wonder considering the goings on, smell, and disturbed earth?

The good news here though....NO MATTER how much time has passed or in what manner a crime is covered up there will still be evidence in the form of DNA. Bones, Blood, Fluids, Hair!  The Anthony's are not as smart as they think they are and some day everything will come to light. I hope the detectives snatch up Cindy and George as well and book them on formal charges of obstruction, neglect, and child endangerment. Weather they are directly involved in the killing itself or not remains to be seen but I know in my heart they are not the concerned grandparents they want everyone to believe them to be and they are indeed involved in this crime.

For Caylee.
Poor sweet baby. I see your pictures and I cry! I know they did something really bad to you and it hurts me deeply that you or any child has to be a victim because of selfish, self centered adults. If only you could have come into this world as my child. I would have loved you immeasurably, I would have protected you like a lioness...You would still be alive today. Rest peacefully little Caylee...I will stand up for you!

Lets talk about change for a minute. Everything changes over time...Everything! We can not deny the fact that we have evolved. You may not believe it to the point that we came from the Scientific Theory of Evolution, but everyone has to believe that we do evolve. If it was not true that we change over time we would still be stuck at the dawn of our existence or right outside the garden of eden if you like. Everything changes! I think evolution is quite clear to us since we see the change everywhere in everything. Our thoughts evolve, our ideas evolve, we cause some of this evolutionary process to happen through our own human actions. Even our religious mind evolves.

Throughout history there have been many changes made by man that have restructured our belief systems. Hell didn't the new pope add something to the 10 commandments? Why would he do this?

Christianity itself has had some major changes made to it through history. Mostly when it came up against other religions that it found hard to assimilate. Take the Druidic Celts for example. When Christianity first came to the shores of Ireland the priests found it hard to convince the Druids that they brought the word of the one true god. The process was very slow and in so doing both religions were kept alive. The Druids who were converted to Christianity ended up converting Christianity itself and assimilated many of the Pagan holidays into the Christian religion. Christmas (yuwelle) and Easter (Ostara) are 2 biggies. They both come from ancient pagan rituals. There is even documentation from the Christian side that states Jesus's birthday was not on December 25th. Now one thing I do not understand about this is why would we change something we believe as the truth? Why would the bearers of this most awesome truth allow the message to be changed from it's original format? The truth is the truth is the truth and should never need changing.

Even our Scientific Theory of Evolution changes. Mistakes are made, information is misinterpreted, outright lies are spread. Even the theory of evolution evolves (see I told you EVERYTHING does it) Why do we change everything, why do we change our minds about the so called truth? Is it because not a damn one of us knows the truth about our existence?
Ask yourself something. Are your ideals about your religion the same as when you were a child? Are they the same as they were 10 years ago? 5? If you even answered 'well not exactly" then you yourself have evolved. Why did you change your ideas about it? Is it because not all of it rings quite true to your ear?...is it because others around you are changing their views on religion?

The collective mind. An idea that has always intrigued me. My interpretation of it is that we are all (every living thing) connected and that connection can be used to build energy that can in turn be used to accomplish anything.

Our minds can be a very powerful tool weather we are using our own mind or using the collective mind of a group of people. On a small scale I have shown that you can snap people to attention and MAKE them react individually and as a group. I am even affected as we can see in the heavy sarcasm or outright pissiness in some of my replies (yes dammit I am human too :))....think of all the possible energy that is being built in that negative feeling. The more people you have affected the larger the energy potential. Some of the strongest leaders in our history have used the power of the collective mind, either for positive or negative, to control a large number of people by getting them all on the same wavelength.....think Jesus. By spreading the word of love to so many people he created a huge positive energy force that still affects millions of people today. (Yes I do believe there was a man named Jesus...I just do not believe he was the son of 'god'. More like your ordinary intelligent man with some of the best ideas). Hitler is another good example. By using his hatred for the Jews magnified through many other minds he accomplished his goals to the tune of years of anguish, death, and destruction. He instilled a lot of anger into people and used that collective energy to cause a negative impact that still affects millions of people today.

We still have leaders today that use these tactics on the rest of us. Why are we so gullible? Could we control it so that only the positive affects us and we reject the negative? I believe so, but I think it takes a lot of exploration into one's own mind to find your own personal ways to do this.

I think today we live in a very negative world. We worry about what every one else believes and yet we find ourselves angry when someone refutes or begrudges us our belief. It is harder and harder to gather positive energy and use it for the greater good. To make a good start towards building positive energy one thing we are going to have to accept is that every last one of us has our own interpretation of the bigger force. Interpretations of interpretations even, because for example if you put several Christian people in a group they will each have their own personal feeling about 'god', their own personal feeling about how they follow 'god', their own personal image of 'god'. To understand and be truly accepting of this fact can be a completely mind opening experience. It really gets you closer to the inner power in your individual mind. By letting go of everyone else's personal views including mine I have opened up something in my subconscious. By letting go of 'god' and all the trappings of a religion and moving into the more open minded idea that 'Everyone believes there is something bigger' I have become aware that there is a great power hidden inside of my own mind. I have a long way to go before I can really channel that energy into a working power source for myself, but I know it is there. I have good results using meditation and mind clearing exercises. Everyone possesses this power and everyone can access it and use it...the personal path may be different but I encourage you to try. I truly do believe that our spiritual freedom (or your own interpretation of heaven if you will) relies on us being able to understand our own mind and taking control of it and to prevent it from being controlled by others. If we could all learn to control our own powerful mind we would have a much easier time working together and using our collective mind connection to live in harmony with one another. The true heaven in my eyes!

Next time I want to discuss the changes in religion over the years and a possible reason as to why we do it.

After some very intelligent debate and some not so intelligent mud slinging we now start to get to the bottom, or rather the top of my point.

It doesn't matter what you believe in ultimately. Whether you are Cristian, Atheist, Buddhist, Agnostic.....sinner or saint, a product of evolution, creation, or intelligent design. Every human on the planet has faith that there is something bigger, a broader scope!  Even though it all boils down to that one common simple fact we all allow ourselves to be blinded by particulars. We let it cause discourse among us and in the process lose the original lesson of faith and spirituality.

I could have used any religion as an example in my previous blogs since every last one has a supernatural tale in it that defies the laws of science. Sorry it had to be Christianity, but it is one of the biggies and one of the least understood by it's followers.

The greatest respect for a religious set of beliefs I have is in the Native American teachings. No I do not believe there is a 'great spirit' in the same sense but I do agree with their reverence of our earthly home and the idea we are all connected. Great humanitarian stuff.

I do believe there is a greater force than us and that force has sparked the beginnings of our existence. I believe we evolved from that point into what we are now.

We have been awed at our minds capabilities every time we figure something out. Even when we find new answers to old problems. These capabilities do not necessarily mean we are intelligent beings it just means we can solve puzzles really well. Most animals can figure out puzzles. The fact that many of our solutions turn out to be bad and need figuring out again starts to make me wonder how intelligent we really are.

We are all aware there is a bigger force than ourselves and in trying to figure out the puzzle humans do as humans will and have projected their personal wants and desires into the answers. New religions crop up periodically that claim they are the ones. Lets get real here...no one is the right one or the wrong one...we all have the same original faith. There is something bigger than us! Religion is used as a tool and I want people to wake up and realize it is not the answer. There were morally and spiritually good religious beliefs before the bible. I would think that one small fact would make people open their minds.

Isn't it ok to admit the whole morality code of ethics was drummed up by man? Why do we have to have 'god' for that. We can not just accept the fact that there are a few humans out there who had the best ideas? Why not...our mind is a very, very powerful tool. Powerful enough to make up vast stories to make people believe in the best ideas because otherwise they would just collectively ignore it.

What better way than to get people to live in harmony following a good set of human mandated rules than to attach religion to those ideas and introduce that rule as a mandate from a higher power.

What if our higher power is not intelligent, but rather just a force or an electrical energy? What if the higher power is our collective mind?

Another installment soon.

10 comandments

This is something I want to pick apart. First I want to point out that we have really skewed the meanings behind these commandments with our interpretations and have molded them to our own liking so you have to keep in mind I am picking apart the original commandments and not any personal interpretations.

1. Is 'god' saying here there are other 'gods', but we can not worship them? Or is he saying that we can not dream up other 'gods' or we are sinners? Either way think of the implications..There are other 'gods'? Wouldn't that make 'god' a little bit egotistical to tell us 'he' is the only one or maybe a little bit jealous? If we dream up other 'gods' that are almost the exact same thing are we really sinning or does it only matter if we have the concept right. For example 'there is a higher power...the end'

2. This tells me we shouldn't be making any statues of any 'gods' or bow down to any image of anything including images and statues of 'god' himself. Why is it 'he' commands so much attention yet we can not have images to remind us of the concept?

3. Why not when he has cursed all of us because of a mistake supposedly made by one of us? How about if you are a very good person, never ask for anything, but that which can make others happy..you have great love for everything and everyone yet you suffer from some painful disease. You pray for help yet you continue to suffer....That is grounds to be a little miffed with the guy upstairs! ( I do not use these examples from my own experiences they are just 'what ifs') So what there is no pain in heaven...why not be able to live a good earthly life if you are deserving?

4. Why shouldn't every day be holy? Every breath of air, every thought, every action. Does this statement make it ok to be unholy the rest of the days since the sabbath is the only day set aside for holiness?

5. A good sentiment, but respect begets respect! What if your parents do not honor you? Are you still supposed to honor them? If a parent abuses, neglects, or tries to kill their child should that parent still be honored....I think not!

6. This is pretty cut and dried as to what not to do. What are we supposed to eat if we can not kill? We have to kill animals to eat them. We kill plants in most instances when we harvest them. If we are not allowed to kill how do we preserve our own life if that is our only choice? Why can 'god' kill?

7. Clearly a commandment borne from the ideas of man! A good idea though I must agree. Adultery can cause man to kill.

8. Well in this day and age some people have to to exist. Are they sinners or are they just preserving their lives? Why should someone have to be condemned for needing something so much they have no other choice, but to steal it. Truly I do not want my material possessions to be jacked, but I would not look down upon the man who needed to steal a chicken out of my flock to save his life.

9. This one I like. Basically telling us we can not lie. If only the US government would adhere to this commandment I think we would see vast improvement. Here again though if someone uses a lie to preserve their life are they a sinner?

10. Now is he saying we shouldn't desire the things others have or we shouldn't be jealous of what others have? Very hard emotions to control. Desire more so than jealousy. What is so bad if someone creates something so very beautiful it evokes in me the desire to possess it...how in the H am I supposed to control that. I think desires are fine to have as well as jealousies...the actions we make based on those feelings is what matters not the feelings themselves. That should come from our self control and an understanding of ourselves not from a vague commandment.

Of course I could go on all day with arguments against the subject, but there is some sinning I need to do. Got to cook that dead bird for dinner!

My husband and I recently watched Evan Almighty and got into a good discussion about the probability of it all. My husband was a believing Lutheran when I met him, but I have slowly been converting him. Not that I preach my beliefs to him or anything it has just been a gradual transformation largely due to the discussions we have about religion.

While watching the movie...which is a very funny fantastical flick (gotta love Steve Carell) I made a statement that the whole Ark story is so highly unbelievable it is shaming that we still search for evidence of it. Well my hubby looks at me and says "All I want to know is what did all the carnivores eat?" I started thinking that this was a very good point and I was compelled to start looking on the WWW for some opinions and bible verses about the Story of Noah’s Ark. I found a neat little web site with an annotated version of the Bible, the Koran, and the Book of Mormon better known as SAB. I do not agree with all of their opinions, but I have to say that a lot of it is very logical and points out how and why certain ’facts’ in the bible are beyond unbelieveable.

The story of Noah and the Ark is in the book of Genesis. One of the most unbelievable things to me about the whole story is the length of time all of these living organisms supposedly were on the Ark. In Gen 8:3 it says that after 150 days the deluge ceased and the waters stared to recede. That is about 6 months of captivity on a boat of what size? To support all of those animals for 150 days there had to be some massive storage of grasses and grains just for the herbivores...what about the carnivores? They would have had to load up a bunch more herbivores which would require tons more grass and grains...unbelievable!

In Gen 8:4 it says the Ark came to rest in the 7th month and in Gen 8:5 it says that on the 10th month the mountain tops could be seen..wait a minute...if the mountain tops were not visible until the 10th month where the hell did the Ark come to rest in the 7th month? Now we have added another 90 days onto that first 150 day confinement in the Ark. 240 days give or take a few is a long time considering you have to feed all these animals....in Gen 8:6 it says that Noah opened the door after 40 days..now we are up to 280 days of confinement...2 Horses alone could eat tons of hay in that time frame and dammit those Lions are getting pissed off hungry by now!

It is not very clear, but from Gen 8:7-11 I get the impression there are 3 weeks time where Noah sends out the Raven and the Dove. The Dove returns with an olive branch in the end and Noah knows it is safe to leave the Ark...another 21 days of confinement bringing our rough total up to 331....I am pretty sure quite a few of the animals have died off now from lack of food, sunlight, excersise, etc.

Now lets go back a bit...Gen 8:4 says that the Ark came to rest in the 7th month on the 17th day...July 17. Gen 8:5 says in the 10th month on the 1st day mountain tops could be seen..Oct. 1st...now add 40 days. It brings us to Nov. 9th. Add another 3 weeks and we are on or around Dec. 1st...the day the dove would have supposedly come back with the olive branch. In Gen 8:13 it says that on the 1st day of the 1st month that the waters were dried up and Noah opened the Ark to let the animals out....what happened to the days between Dec. 1st and January 1st....they were on the Ark for a year? Where in their gods name did they store all that food? In Gen 8:14 it says that in the 2nd month the earth was dried....wait a minute I thought it was dry on the 1st day of the 1st month? Whomever wrote the book of Genesis was either quite slow with simple math and survival concepts or he was just writing a fantastical bedtime story. The one thing about the whole story of Noah and the Ark that bothers me the most though is where in the hell did the olive branch come from? If the earth was completely covered above and beyond the highest mountain for almost a year there is no way anything green besides seaweed would survive.

In the beginning ’god’ supposedly creates our universe, our earth, and man. First he created all the creatures and the plants according to Gen 1:20-25 then he created Adam. In Gen 1:26 ’god’ says "Let US make man in OUR image, after OUR likeness" This indicates there is another entity besides ’god’ who is involved in the creation...the angels? Michael? Who is/are the mystery ’god/gods’?
Christianity teaches that ’god’ is a perfect entity. If ’god’ is perfect then wasn’t Adam also perfect? Why does ’god’ feel the need to test Adam if he is perfect? Is ’god’ skeptical of his own powers of creation?
Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it. This verse indicates that before our fall from grace Adam and Eve neither knew of good or evil since only the eating of the forbidden fruit would gain them this insight. If they are ignorant as to what is right and wrong how are they supposed to interpret ’god’s’ will? If they are so vulnerable to temptation because of their lack of knowledge in the good and bad realm why doesn’t ’god’ protect them from it? Without this knowledge of good and evil are they not truly innocent and pure beings? Why does ’god’ feel the need to test them if they are perfectly innocent and pure? Has he no faith in his skill....his perfect ability?
Gen 2:19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air....Back that truck up!!!! I thought he already did this a whole chapter previously...did the idiot writing this (supposedly Moses) forget that he had already written this in Gen 1:20-25 or did ’god’ feel he needed to make better, newer stuff because the previous models were imperfect and outdated?
Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife, and they shall be one flesh. Allright!!!! ’god’ has given his go ahead for us to have sex and reproduce...good idea since he is kind of iffy about his own skills of creation. In Gen 2:25 it goes on to say Adam and Eve are naked and not ashamed of it. Why do they become ashamed of their nakedness and sex after eating the forbidden fruit? If they have gained knowledge of good and evil in their consumption of this fruit then shouldn’t they also know that ’god’ has given us his go ahead to be naked and enjoy reproduction? Wouldn’t following his higness’ edict be a GOOD thing and not evil? Damn we aren’t even into chapter 3 and this ’god’ dude is looking like a total schitzo freak...first we are perfect then we are bad, sex is good for you then it is shaming, eggs are nutritious...eggs are chock full of cholesterol.
In Gen 3:9-14 is the supposed dialogue between ’god’, Adam, and Eve after the forbidden fruit was consumed. Poor Adam and Eve being scared and ashamed now of their nakedness try to hide themselves, but they still honestly confess to him what they have done and how. Yet he curses them with enmity not only in their relationship, but also in their reproductive systems. Now correct me if I am wrong, but I was under the impression that when a christian or believer in ’god’ confessed his sin to ’god’ that he was repenting to the lord and would be forgiven. Why does he so easily throw Adam and Eve to the curb? Does he not believe his wonderful creations can be saved? That they could be taught to be good little mud sculptures? If he is so perfect and all powerful why not just put these 2 in the scrap bucket...snuff em out and start all over again? Is he afraid he will screw it up a second time too? I have a bone to pick with this ’god’ character for making us think we are evil.....if this is true according to ’god’ then I am gonna smack that jerk when I get the chance. If he made us he also made our evil tendencies which means he created the evil in the first place...what a twisted jerk. ’god’ too is evil since man was created in his likeness.

I can’t understand why some humans so blindly believe in this sick book and an evil ’god’

Hi. I'm Kelly. I live in Minnesota with my husband and 2 children, we enjoy country life and spending time as a family and with our animal buddies. I bought my first Blue Roan Missouri Foxtrotter 3 years ago and coincidently I found out I have a love for blues music the same year! Wow Fox blogs made a big change while I was absent....we have to have content approved now and it takes at least 24 hours? That seems like a waste of moderator time when the responses themselves are not subject to the same scrutiny.....oh well so is life!
