Just a post to let you know what kind of people "run" Bill Heard Chevrolet. My husband began working for BHC Nov 1 2006. He was promised a base salary for the first month at a meager $750 the 15th and the 30th plus commissions paid on the 10th. With 7 kids to feed and provide for we thought this sounded decent enough. We all know what the job market is like these days. So he took the job. I was in realty school at the time and caring for 7 kids. We only have one car so his paycheck was what we depended on. The conditions were a "draw" on the 15th and the 30th for $750 after the first month you had to pay back the draw on the 10th when you recieved your commision check. It was stated to all 10 new hires the first draw was free. It DID NOT have to be paid back. So my husband continued selling cars for the company and recieving $100 here and there for commissions on the cars. Sometimes more sometimes less. On the weekend the give bonuses $100 per car, or whatever is designated for that weekend. Each financing department (new cars and used cars) were given $5000, $10000 or another amount to pay out these bonuses. Convienently they ran out of money 3 weeks in a row and couldnt pay this money out to the employees. We were owed over $200. Funny thing we found out later, whatever wasnt paid out for the weekend was divided between the managers.

So anyways the 10th of Dec we were expecting a paycheck for $2000 for the commissions my husband had earned. When he got his payroll sheet they had taken out the draws from nov and charged back a bunch of "Fees" that they couldnt prove. Leaving us without a paycheck at all. On the verge of eviction and utilities being shut off not to mention having nothing under the tree for our kids, my husband asked for an advance two weeks ago. Which yesterday they informed us after 2 weeks of my husband selling more vehicles for them that there was nothing they were going to do. So here we sit with christmas, eviction, 7 kids and no hope of making it. I just want to Thank Bill Heard Chevrolet for the wonderful caring way they treat thier employees that work 80 hours a week without being paid. As you sit in your big warm houses and sip that lovely cocoa by the fireplace, We wish you all the same warmth and compasion that you effuse. Im sure our 7 children Alliah, Drew, Hannah, Austin, Kaileigh, Kalee, and Zack wish you the same.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reconsider shopping at Bill Heard Chvrolet in Sanford give your business to another company thats less concerned about being "the largest dealer in the world" and more about the safety and satisfaction of their customers and employees. Sorry i needed to vent after a trip to Wal-Mart...

I am so tired of being politically correct. This country has been wussified. What happened to good old butt beatings? Kids these days are so weak physically and mentally. They dont even know what 1, 2, 3 then getting your butt spanked is all about. My mother never got past 2 before I started clintching and grabbing my rear like it had a 4 carat diamond in it. All you hear today is timeout, timeout, timeout, you would think some of the overwieght, out of shape, couch tipping parents would get the hint .... ITS NOT WORKING!!!!! Your kids are brats and furthermore annoying me. Control them before I snap. If you cant control yourself or your kids thats your problem I shouldnt have to deal with it. I have 7 children that i can take out into public and they know what respect is! We get compliments at every resturant we go to telling us how well behaved they are! Im proud of them.


Dont even get me started on Politicians and the government. I want a president that will grab his (or her) kahonas and say im not taking this anymore. Lets help our own first. If i see one more commercial to help the poor little swollen bellied kids overseas im gonna blow. Looks as though some (and you know who I mean) of the spokes ppl need to lay off a few meals themselves and give the food to those kids. When I see benefits held to raise money for overseas and I pass 14 homeless vets on the interstate it makes me wanna go all sorts of nuts. Lets please provide homes for those who served to save our pampered, pedicured, and primped butts before we send money to oil drilling, gas price raising foreigners that dont have the common sense to just take their country back. I love the saying "If you can read this thank a teacher.... if your reading this in english thank a soldier" I love our country! I stand at the pledge of allegence with hand over heart, I know all the words and say them proudly and I support our troops, But the asshounds who protest the war and desecrate fallen soldiers names, because they didnt get set of guts at birth make me wanna scream. If you dont like the ways of this country NO ONE asked you to stay!!!!

This "Politiacally Correct" New age is BS. Just stop pussyfooting around and say what you really mean. Its 2006 and I want to see the honor and respect put back into our everyday lives. Buy your kids pants that fit. Stop letting your daughters wear makeup at 10. For loves sake love your children but give them some sense of responsibility. Dont buy them cars better than your own. Make sure they know WHY school is important. OHHHH and schools omg WHAT HAPPENED THERE????? When did pledging allegiance become optional? I dont remember the freedom we take for advantage everyday being left out of the school system when I attended. I think if your child doesnt want to stand and repeat the pledge fine. I know ill encourage my 5th grader to achieve goals and set records above and beyond your childs ability. More than he/she will ever even dream of. So weather you do or dont appreciate "MY" country do not push your beliefs onto the future of this nation.

Im so tired of the crap I see everyday on the news about someone being sued because blah blah blah.... PLEASE! give it up! Next thing we know if you fart on the train a lawyer will be contacting you for some sort of settlement for impeding his nasal cavities personal space. Welllllllll take a good whiff cause im tired of being whipped when it comes to doing the right thing. WHO decides what is the right thing? Do you have the right to tell me i can or cannot love who i love or say what i say or be who i be? Cause I think NOT. So hears what i have to say about that... Get off your high horse, pull the corn cob out of your butt, and Stop being so politically correct and just do unto others as you would have them do unto you.... like in the good old days... You only have one chance live it up! Its a free country!!!!

I just wanna make everyone satisfied in this sue happy world. Everyone needs to just stop and remember how things used to be. The thrill of jumping off the swing mid air. The lightening bugs at night. Flashlight tag through the whole neighborhood, without a thought of being snatched. Sticking your head out the window till it took your breath away. Its the little things in life that we take for granted, the small things that matter in the end.
