If John McCain is elected in November, he'll be 72 years old. Beating out Ronald Reagan for the oldest U.S. president ever elected. Reagan was 69 was he was sworn in.
I can fully buy into 40 being the new 30, and 50 being the new 40. But, for most of us, when you hit 70 years old, the ball is rolling down hill. Fast!
Folks, McCain isn't applying for a greeter job at Walmart. But president of the United States of American! It's a demanding job with great responsibility that's turned men old and grey before they're time.
There's plenty of people over 70 running major corporations, I understand. Rupert Murdock, the man who owns FOX, is one of them. But Mr. Murdoch is a rare gem.
But, hey, maybe McCain is too. I don't know.
Your turn.

Mathemathically, Hillary Clinton's run for the White House is still alive. Realistically, it's over.
So, should Obama talk with Clinton and make Hillary his running mate? A democratic group called VoteBoth says yes.
I say it doesn't matter. I still don't feel our country is ready to put a woman or African American into the White House. Enough of what I think.
What do you think? Should Hillary drop out? Should Obama name her his running mate?
