I am with you Tom...lol........and I for one love stormy and rainy days...but not back to back so frequently.........HALELLUJAH.......don't worry I will save you..........take good care and stay dry. I guess we should be thankful we are not in Cuba..I am still worried sick about my family out there..as they are in Havana...right at that tip where both Fay, Gustav and now Hannah are making their way....

A Repost of mine from another blog area.

Seeing we have 4 storms out there is very unnerving to me, I hope I'm wrong, but history sometimes has a way of "repeating" itself, sometimes sooner than we would like. And all these storms just give me a really bad feeling we are about to see a report performance of the 2004 back to back hurricanes, the encore performance in 2008 is upon us.

Again, I hope I'm wrong and it doesn't happen, but that's what we thought in 2004 and look what happened.

So BE PREPARED, BE READY and BE SMART!

Seeing 4 storms in a row is unnerving, no matter how long you have lived here. What is troublesome this time is the lack of accuracy in the track predictions. Seems like we are spending more and more on computer models that not only can't agree, but don't seem to get as close as the old time weather service did without computers......
