I heard a senior reporter from one of the big networks tonight say the media traveling with Sen. Oama have not gotten very much access. a lot of the footage in Iraq and with soldiers was all shot by the DoD and everything was set up by the military...no journalists in sight. I can understand this to a point, but I've also seen every network claim they're getting an "Exclusive" interview with the candidate. the only thing exclusive is that one gets him one night, another the next, and another the next....how is that exclusive?

and anyone want to comment on how the national media are all over in the Mideast now and reporting on Obama and not when Sen. McCain visited?

Sen. McCain is not the fair haird child of the dems or libs. He is not newsworthy in the eyes of the media because he tells it like it is. Whereas, the dems have fed the media so much BS, that they can't help but fall all over themselves. Maybe Obama will break his arm patting himself on the back.
Wait until all of those lies catch up to him. Then he will look like the complete idiot he is and cannot deny all the egg on his face.

Its funny, really. The liberals used to embrace McCain completely when he was known as "The Maverick". The media couldn't get enough of him. Even the New York Times openly endorsed McCain for president.

Now that he's the Republican nominee, they've turned their backs on him. The dogs have found a new master, and his name is Obama.

All you reporters are supposed to do is, well, what you're told (and kudo's for the ones like you who aren't!).

But remember, it isn't about the news - it's about CREATING some news, and then using it to cast Obama in a good light!

I think the reason they've turned their back on him because..... He's not John McCain, he's actually George W. Bush. Let's be honest here guys, this isn't the John McCain of 2000.

It's clear that the war in Iraq is almost over, John McCain is basically the only one that won't admit it. Although many won't admit it, George Bush is a smart guy. Bush has moved closer to Senator Obama's policies of political sanctions with Iran, while John McCain is left standing alone. John McCain is left fighting his own battle, without any attention. Personally I think Mitt Romney wants to be his running mate to see him lose, so he can run in 2012 as the GOP Presidential Nominee. Look at every poll, Senator Barack Obama is leading by at least 5 points with a +-3 margin. The country clearly wants a change, and that $10 billion a month can be used stateside, and those 140,000 troops can use the rest, while we focus on Afghanistan where the real war on terror is.

All Senator Obama needs is Senator Clinton, and the nomination is locked up without a doubt........

it's becoming trite (yawn) when we hear that McCain is another Bush...how about, Obama's a recycled Carter with a tan? Of course, you don't remember Carter...he wanted to give our country away too, and he, like Obama, thought he could reason with the mindset of Islam....perhaps you should talk to one of the captives that spent 444 days as a "guest."

The war in Iraq costs FAR less than the money forked over to accommodate illegals....it pales in comparison.

Polls? Who publishes them? The media. Being a college boy, you should know that data can be manipulated into a desired outcome (especially where Obama's concerned).

The media loves obama, and they are captivated like a child finding a shiny new penny (much the way his supporters are). I've yet to see an Obama supporter state something he's actually done...and substantiate it...

HE's nothing more than a fluffy infomercial...and the media is heavily biased toward him. If elected, the group that will hate him the most, will be the working class blacks...because, he'll be the first black(?) president, yet, he'll cater to the worthless nonworking minorities and illegals so much, he'll make even greater racial divides.

PS - you won't find that info in a liberal-minded college text, by the way.

While McCain's no jewel, Obama's going to finanically destroy this country's working class through taxation. I cannot possibly see, how a college educated person can follow this clown....wake up boy, he's the Pied Piper...

T M, I quit trying to reason with this so-called PoliSci "guru". He is sooo far off base he is not worth the discussion. As usual, he cannot state one fact and flys off on his own spin on whatever is in his feble mind. I think he is pushing to be the leader of the DNC.
He really did have us all believing he is a college student for a while.

He's going to destroy the country with taxes ? Obviously the economy needs to look in a different direction. The Bush tax cuts haven't worked, you know it, I know it, Wall Street knows it, Capitol Hill knows it.....
Put the money back in the hands of the middle class !!! STOP GIVING TAX BREAKS TO CORPORATIONS who give multi million dollar bonuses to ceo's, and the wealthy who don't need or or who hasn't asked for it....

who goes to Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Costco, Target and buy merchandise ? The middle class.... so why should the WEALTHY get the tax break, which obviously hasn't "trickled" down to the middle class... PUT THE MONEY IN THE HANDS OF THE MIDDLE CLASS and get the ECONOMY BOOMING AGAIN.... Remember when Clinton left office the budget was balanced...

You guys can talk your trash... you follow a guy that suffers from ptsd and married a drug addict.....

I follow a guy that was the first black editor of the Harvard law review.. and accomplished what your guy did in "half" the time(McCain got annihilated by Bush in 2000 primaries, Obama beat the most powerful machine in the Democratic party his 1st time around).... all you guy has done is be dumb enough to volunteer to stay to be a POW (which he only did to pursue a political career after his military career)

Your guy can't even get his countries correct (Czech republic)..... MEDIA LOVES OBAMA BECAUSE THAT IS WHO WE NEED !!! McCAIN IS TOO WASHED UP & TOO OLD !! I guarantee if you guys had Romney, Paul, or Huckabee they would show more attention... and you know it !!!

If McCain isn't another Bush, why when your (R) Senator was in the CNN situation room 2 weeks ago, Wolf Blitzer asked him, what is the difference between their policies he was speechless... Honestly I never saw a Senator look so stupid... His mind went blank, go look on You tube and search around for it... I forgot his name though, I think he was from North Carolina, but Blitzer asked him, what is the difference in their policies he said "There's alot of differences, for instance........" hahaha then he was stuck for like 6-10 seconds funniest shhh I've seen this whole political campaign, NO LIE !!! please go look it up if you think im lying, im sure its on youtube

Don't forget this guys a senator, he's alot smarter than you, and his job is to lie, so before you respond think hard and long of your lie !!!
