An announcement on another Florida Democrat Primary, this time by mail, could come as early as Thursday.

For Democrats, would you vote again? Would your vote be different? and if it's a state-run election and everyone gets a new chance to register and change parties, would any republicans change parties just for a new primary to vote for Obama or Clinton?

I hope they tax the registered Democrats for the bill and not the registered Republicans.

I agree with TT on this it is not fair to ask all Floridians to pay for a DNC do over , we had an election and other than the contempt that the DNC has for its members their was nothing wrong with the results. ...granted Michigan must hold some kind of recount because only Hillary was on the ballot in that state but it would be very wrong on many levels for us to have one.

I know ...lets make it a “pay to play” re count where every Floridian who wants to vote again pays $10 a pop for their vote (no limit) why not the DNC really is the best government that money CAN buy why not open it up to the general public

RNC08, your statement should be extended to include both political parties and our government........they are all the best that money can buy.

Florida VI-O-LA-TED the rules, and they think they can just have a voting do-over.

That's like saying...I violated the law, but I'm entitled to a do-over!

Think of the possibilities that every time someone screws up you shout DO-OVER and you are entitled to a free second chance! That's okay, rules don't actually MEAN anything.

Hang on guys...
The STATE of Florida Legislature changed the date. The private entity known as the Democratic National Committee made a decision to not allow the delegates. This is a "private" issue, not something for the public to foot the bill. Prove me wrong, and site a statute or court case when you do it, not "well it isn't fair". I agree, it's not, but OUR tax dollars should not pay for it.

WHAT ABOUT THE REPUBLICAN NOMINEE AND ALL THE SUPPORTERS OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS WHICH WERE ALSO INCLUDED IN THAT ELECTION, CAN WE PICK AND CHOOSE OUR DISLIKES AND FORCE A NEW ELECTION ON THOSE ISSUES?
I'M A LIFELONG DEMOCRAT, BUT I DON'T LIKE WHERE THIS PARTY HAS GONE... IF IT DOESN'T SUIT THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY THEY EITHER WANT TO CHANGE IT, RECOUNT IT, OR - NOW - REDO IT ALL TOGETHER.
WHEN IS THIS GONNA END..... WE MADE FLORIDA'S DECISION, LIKE IT OR LUMP IT.

It proves faulty leadership on the part of "egotistic" politicians to let the primary take place knowing that the rules were not being followed. Shame on them for making Florida more of a mockery adding to the Bush/Gore election. Look at our country now...Wake up republicans and smell the recession.

Here is a fresh take on the issue: Florida ... stand up and applaude yourself! You stood up for your own interests instead of letting someone with someone else's interests decide for you! I think the order by which states have primarys should be rotated and not give a handful of folks in Iowa and New Hampshire (which allow ANYONE to play in) continue to be the national standard!

Yea it cost both parties some, but stand up and applaude it!

Its because things were shaken up that record numbers are engaged throughout the nation!

I am not in favor of the second vote. I am not in favor of paying for another vote. I feel that the DNC illegally deprived me of my vote without due process. They should pay big time for that!
I now think that somehow the DNC and the super delegates want to overthrow all the votes and give the nomination to Hillary, even if Obama wins. If they try it, I will vote for the bald Hillary. At least the White House won't be disgraced for a second time. 16 years of the Bushes were too many. 16 years of the Clintons; no way.
