talked to a couple construction workers tonight in downtown. they're working on the 408 and a couple lanes of I4. It looks like it was backing everything for miles around 10pm. I'm not sure why they begin work so early, when so many are still on the road, but I did see them laying entire new sections of concrete. I guess they need the time before the morning commute for it to dry.
