In the words of Foghorn-Leghorn, “Lookey-HE-AHI SAY in the months of May & June, all of the local weathercasts were “talking-up” the drought and fire index.  Now that we’ve had record rainfall for the month of July, there is a subtle hint of “rain-rain go-away” about the rainfall!  Speaking of rain, where are we in terms of our shortages, etc?  Again, in May/June nary any weathercast would be remiss without the rainfall “DEFAH-SIT” metrics.  Whuts up with dat?
