I was watching Fox News today and I say some very annoying commercials. First, Al Sharpton and Pat Robertson were sitting next to each other talking about the environment. Next I saw another one with Nancy Pelosi and Newt Gingrich sitting next to each other telling us that we need new and cleaner fuel sources for our energy.

Umm, who the hell are they talking too. They say at the end to contact our leaders and tell them to push for GREEN crap. Who do they think our leaders are? Nancy Pelosi? Come on you idiots, how much did it cost to run these commercials. Do you think that the average joe that you are advertising to is sitting in his HOME LAB coming up with a new fuel source?

You stupid, stupid people. I guess the sad part is that some dumbass people are probably dialing their "leaders" telling them that Nancy Pelosi said to ge your @$$ in gear.

You do not poison the earth on which you live.
Nancy Pelosi has taken on the oil companies, which are more powerful than the congress.
However, I believe we should all play our part in protecting the earth.
We should not waste natural resources.
We should recycle.
There should be no neighborhood rules preventing people from hanging clothes outside to save fuel.
We should have been demanding lower mileage safe vehicles.
Only in heavily populated areas should we turn to city sewerage. They collect the stuff and do not know what to do with it.
Septic systems return the water to the earth and prevent pollution.
Each of us have to do what we can and expect the big guys to do what they can.

The idea of using tax dollars to put crap like that on the airwaves is just another example of government having way too much power and absolutely abusing it.

PegasusWing.. OK Woodstock is over now... time to get back to reality already!

There is more evidence that Global Warming isn't impacted by mankind, AND more and more evidence that enviromentalist have been fabricating data!

From NOAA stations incorrectly located, to manipulation of modeling, to using special effect from fictional movies as facts!

Many of the same nuts warned of the oncomming Ice Age just over 30 years ago! (hence why they only reference date up to that point.)

The UN who said they have a concensus from thousands of scientist turned out to be only 55 around the globe and the rest were activist!

Mars is loosing its polar caps like Earth yet we NEVER discuss solar heating!

I LOVE THIS TOPIC!! It is more fun debunking mankind and climate change than the Presidential election sometimes!

I'm sink of hearing these fools in DC talking about "carbon footprints" ect.... If they don't get busy doing something about the economy we are all going to hope it gets warmer since you won't be able to afford heat.

I watched my 3 year old and 2 of his buddies figure out a swing attached to a tree today....pretty sure that these retards (sorry in advance to the mentally retarted people out there) should be able to figure out how to get a bill passed and move forward with it.

Wow it's true, it's true! We are going to be green, all is saved. I can finally go to the lake and see several swans of all types, (flown in by jet 2 by 2) whilst Newt and Nancy are saving the planet from the attack of nasty old Mr Pollution and all we need do is call our representatives.

Meanwhile most are struggling to eat, get to and from there jobs, paying higher and higher taxes, losing their home, losing more of their so called liberties every day and on and on.

Please don't worry because we have our politicians to solve all this, so just relax and don't concern yourselves. We are all in good hands! (Allstate Insurance, and we know about them, huh!)

Just wait until the libs raise taxes through the roof to fight "global warming".

I am sure no one will object.

Northton, your avatar looks like a fat bald guy in a car. If you are so "green" lose some weight, you would get better gas mileage.

A clean fuel source wasn't the issue you tard. It was the fact that they were asking us to contact our leaders and demand change. Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't they our leaders?

Typical liberal diversion from the point.

The comments on this blog are really amazing since most of them are entirely driven by what political side the blogger is on. I care about the issue which is clean air, clean water and a cleaner environment. How can anyone argue with that? Unless you enjoy living in your own crap and ingesting chemicals and toxic substances that are proven to cause cancer etc. Who cares if a Republican or a Democrat is advocating for a cleaner planet. Thank God someone is! I don't care what political party they are from. Good for Nancy Pelosi or whoever is advocating for a cleaner planet! We only have one. Get involved, it's the right thing to do!

I'm a Republican and I'm probably the most "green" here. I telecommute to work. My hot water is heated by solar power. My light bulbs are florescent. Our new car is one of the most fuel efficient on the market. I don't think gorebull warming is true. It's a farce. I'm obviously not against living cleaner.

The horse and buggy could be a start, horse feed is cheaper then gas! The pooper scoopers provide fertilizer for crops! The sun can provide energy as long as it still shines brightly! Just a few suggestions! Oil companies would really hate me!

Smallplanet. You seem to have difficulty understanding the point. The irony is that our leaders are on TV spending money to tell us to contact our leaders.

Next time I will try to make it easier for you liberals to read.
