Minority Teacher of The Year?

While I was watching the report on the chicken pox outbreak at Millcreek school in St. Cloud, I noticed the sign out front that said "congrats to Jocilyn Gomez, Minority Teacher of the Year." I have to assume that white females are not eligible for this award.

Do we really still feel that we need another minority recognition program?

Are you really sure that someone with the last name Gomez is a minority in St.Cloud?

How about just teacher of the year? I think that would be proper..........

Oh I hate that.. Can You imagine a White Teacher of the month or a Miss White Florida or first White Sect of State. Man they just make themselves victims and different. Like the Black police chief of Orlando... ahhhhhhh I am color blind... She is a police cheif that can bust you just like a cop from Mars. Stop this insane Black this or black that. It only keeps the folks down. Another one... Black college football team... what ????????

If I were Ms. Gomez i would feel so dam insulted Minority teacher of the year.....WHAT KIND OF BLEEP IS THAT........oh I forgot is the dam hispanic creating YET OTHER BS.....to give them more attention.........lets all call Obama and see what he can do.......

STUPID.........this is why WE WILL NEVER ADVANCE...because of the ignorance.....BLEEP.....it couldn't just be that the woman is a good teacher......NO IT WAS BASED ON HER FREAKING STATUS.......

There should never be a minority anything anymore.
The Equall Oppertunity BLEEP is done and gone people. Give it up and stop playing favoritism with anyone.

If you want to be concidered equall then stop asking for favoritism.
