Aimee Krause, the Clermont woman who was jumped on by another woman at the Disney Tea Cup ride, claims she suffered permanent damage from her injuries. Her husband is also sueing for the losss of his wife's support and companionship in the aftermath of the attack.  An Orange County jury convicted Victoria Walker, from Alabama, of battery. Walker admitted grabbing Krause by the hair, but she denied doing any other harm to her. She also said Krause continued to follow her and ultimately kicked her before she grabbed her hair. The jury convicted the woman's offender of the least serious charge she faced. They also delivered a special finding saying that Krause suffered only minor injuries after she was attacked.  Do you think Disney owes Krause anything?

I'm so happy, I wasn't the one she kicked. My opinion is, she is one crazy woman, who needed to have the crap beat out of her. Bullying an older woman, pushing her and kicking her. She needs to spend time in jail, too, and not be rewarded with a prize from Disney. THE NERVE!!!!!

I guess people really don't have the right to defend themselves. I wish I could trade places with the woman who was sentenced. I'd gladly take her place for not putting up with a bully. See, even when you are right, you are wrong. I wish I could remember her name. She shouldn't have had to spend one minute behind bars!

I hope Disney gives her a lifetime free pass to the parks because the next time I am in line and I see her I might "accidently" trip her myself.

Whatever Victoria Walker beat into that woman, it wasn't common sense.

While I disagree with how Victoria handled it, in this case, I wouldn't mind seeing her giving the "victim" another beating.

I think she is going to sue us all next. It takes away from her support and fan base which is less money for her campain to support herself and her never ending bich'n. Hell might as well sue Universal for having their attractions be about movies she hate which is the reason she went to disney which resulted in her beat down. Im guessing she's the type of person who thinks the world revolves around her. lol. She probably tried to sit in the middle of the tea cup ride and watch the people go arond her.

And to think all of this mess happened
at "the happiest place on Earth". Good Job
to both of these idiots and no, not one
gold colored Mickey Token should go
to this "victim"!

Yeah, you're brain damaged all right! You'd
have to be to act like this in front
of a bunch of kids at Disney World!
Mommy...get a grip!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Just another get rich quick lawyer trying to put the blame on someone else instead of putting the blame where it belongs.
I hope Disney doesnt settle out of court andexposes them both for the type of idiots they are.

This suit is frivolous in the extreme and I think lawyers that abuse the system presenting cases like this need to be disbarred at best, jailed at worst. It's a slap in the face of our justice system when people show so much disrespect for our judicial system as to step up and lie bold face to a jury of the peers all for the sake of the all mighty dollar.

I hope that Disney counter sues plaintiff and her lawyer(s) for slander. That would be ironically appropriate.

Shay Harris comes to sunny Florida years after her first family trip to Disney World, only to find a sprawling city that's still growing. Before arriving in Orlando, Shay spent almost three years in Memphis, Tennessee. Shay worked as a Reporter and Fill-in Anchor while in the Bluff City. In Memphis, Shay got to experience every kind of story possible; she was one of the first reporters to cover the nationally publicized story of "The Pastor's Wife", a slaying in Selmer, TN that took the networks by storm for weeks. She also experienced, first hand, the devastation left by deadly twisters in Tennessee and Arkansas. What Shay really enjoyed digging her chops into were exclusive stories of intrigue like how dead people "voted" in major elections... and other stories of mischief in city, county, and state government, stories like, The Tennessee Waltz scandal, as well as the kidnapping of a teenaged girl who escaped from the house of her captor where police returned to find drugs & child pornography among other things. Shay spent two years in Chattanooga, TN as an Anchor and Producer of the news and talk show, "News for Women". She also made stops in Jackson, TN & Beaumont, TX. From time to time you may catch appearances of Shay guest starring on the nationally syndicated shows "The Parkers" and "The Steve Harvey Show". While living in Los Angeles, she spent a year as the Project Director for Los Angeles County's largest Homeless Facility, "People Assisting the Homeless", some of Shay's most rewarding work. Shay is a lover of inspirational & empowerment books, in fact she has some literary works in progress of her own. She enjoys opportunities to play in charity softball games for the Boys & Girls Club, reading to & mentoring young children, speaking at empowerment functions that benefit women, singing at civic & social events and doing whatever it takes to uplift the community in which she lives. Shay enjoys watching movies, going to sporting events, cooking and those few rare moments to relax at home.
