Now that the democratic nomination seems imminent, I was wondering who the republican bloggers feel is the biggest threat to McCain? A poll taken by CBS News/The New York Times has 48% of democrats polled feeling that Obama has the best chance of defeating McCain in the general election, down from 56% a month ago.

So who do you republicans feel would be the biggest threat to a Republican win, Hillary or Obama? Why do you feel they would cause problems for McCain's campaign?

Neither one of them is any sort of threat. After thier circus ends, they will not have an ounce of credibility left.

McCain will win by a landslide.

I see it as a Hillary win all the way!! easy...
Obama nomination has been sunk by The Rev Wright. His true color is starting to show. And McCain is a hot head old geezer... Do you really want MCcAIN TO be in the White House when someone pisses in his Cherrios.he will destroy this planet. I also think the country is ready for a female president..And Hillary is the one!!!

The biggest threat to McCain is Bush!!!!!
Having a retarded man in office has left the country in a mess that can not be trusted to another republican.

I think that Hillary is a threat to the American people.
She is ruthless and greedy.
I will take my chances with Obama.
I really think that everyone will be on his backside to be sure that he does not make mistakes.
He will have the least power because he will be watched the closest.
The Latest and Greatest Mistake of the American people was putting too much trust in Bush!!!!

I will say it : Obama is the bigger threat. Its like fighting “hot air” or trying to stomp on mud. The man stands for nothing so you can't knock him based on his policy , he has no record because he shows up for work and then does not vote ! ...Obama is the “perfect Democrat” he makes empty promises so far removed from any fixed points in reality that you just have no where to begin a campaign of fact and policy against him.
Hillary on the other hand can be defeated by showing the faults with her ideas and by just waiting for her legal troubles to over run her...can a woman be President of this country from a federal prison ?

Love the way Peg sums up the left centered mind ...you show that you are incapable of ever considering a non-Democrat under any circumstance and ask us all to hold our breath (ignore racial intolerance in this man) and hope that others will make him do the right thing...you are willing to put all of us in the hands of a man that you yourself DO NOT TRUST !

With Obama in office, all hell is gonna break loose. I think he's a terrorist in disguise. Pegasus seems to think it's going to be all dandy. Even though i haven't agreed with alot of what Bush has done, I don't think it was called for to say he's retarded. What if some of us have retarded children?

Hawkeye you're one of those guys that think that if you aren't a republican you're a liberal. Open your eyes and see the world for something other than what Rush Limbaugh tells you it is.

I have been an actor, writer, and journalist, among other things. Currently I am getting ready to go back to school. I think that news, as clichè as it sounds, is one day away from being history. I enjoy reading, writing, running, biking and swimming. Ironically I hate the Triathlon. Yet I believe exercise is the key to a happy life! Politically I'm a Moderate Democrat and I listen to anyone's views, the only thing that really irks me is people who insult others for having different views. Which often makes me insult them in turn. I guess that makes me a Hypocrite... At least I won't be lonely.
