Pam Hall who in the guise as a volunteer hiding behind her status with Judge Gurrola in fact commits purjury by stating she has had conversations with Family members in Florida, my step daughter to be exact where no conversation existed, gets away with it because she is a volunteer, was the one person who has done the most damage.
When my Grandson Matthew came to us with his eye swoolen shut and crying mommy and daddy beat me we called Pam Hall, she informed my wife and I that my daughter and his father would be arrested and the children would be placed into our custody was a ruse to have the children removed and placed with a registered sex offender, the biological father, and that is what happend. The sickest part of it was they jsutified it by stating they would be supervised by a Blind lady who claims to care but is nothing but a con artist who is selling prepaid legal services, and her husband who claims to be a holy man.
Kim and Robert Law are nothing but unlicensed legal advisors to Joseph Kiriewsky who is a registered sex offender with multiple felony arrests including the rape of my 14 year old daughter, Kim Law has felony arrests for kidnapping and DUI which caused her alleged blindness, and Custodial Interference.
I provided all this information and I hyave confirmed that Pam Hall and Holly Capp and all of DCF had this information but because of my Race they chose to ignore it, I did get a hold of the files DCF has and all the information is in there, Holly Capp chose to ignore all and placed them with the evilest of all offenders a sex offender and even lied to the judge and said I threatened to hurt Pam Hall and Holly Capp. I would never lay my hands on a woman, and now I can never see the children.
They did eventually remove the children from the home after a complaint was lodged with the governors office, and when it came down to a custodial hearing they did inform me and I was slated to appear, but I recieved calls stating if I showed up in Citrus County Court I would be arrested for alleged threats and they were going to charge me with assualting the children, who made the calls to me? The only people who stand to loose, either Pam Hall or Holly Capp.
I have new infromation they now want to place my grandchildren with my sister and her husband, who not only deal drugs and is evidenced by her children being arrested om multiple occassion for narcotics possession with intent but reside at that home, and her husband who was accused by his own biological under age niece of molesting her. They tried to tell me the children are up for adoption but are not posted on the web site, my daughter Angela Marrietta, in order to cause emotionally distress calls and tell me My sister is getting the kids, make no mistake of this, the children who have their lives threatened if this is allowed.
I beg you, anyone who reads this, help me stop DCF from destroying my grandchildrens' lives!
not only after Joseph Kiriewsky rapes my daughter and even beat my two grandsons DCF case woorker Holly Capp placed them with him under the supervision of a blind lady and her husband. The blind lady whose has a crimanl record for kidnapping in and dui in another state, information the disregarded till I called the governors office but now they want to place them out of state with another sex offender, I have the whole case and what the case worker has done is paint me out to be the lunatic and even wrote a letter stating so, but Debra Wise and Maryann Hisey her two supervisers are now refusing to talk to me or let me know anything. The Last I heard they were put up for adoption once again the disregard the AMERICAN INDIAN CHILD PROTECTION ACT by taking the children away and putting them with white people, I have the proof of being a lakota indian and the crime committed by Holly Capp and everyone else involved. I am begging anyone who read this help me save my grandchildren
On February 12th, 2000 my first wife, Audrey Toledo, lost her short battle with cancer and on March 17th of that year after making plans with her I decided to leave New York City and relocate to Florida. We subsequently moved in with relatives and I enrolled my children into Willingston High School that June. It was the for the sake of the children and a promise to my wife at the time I would give up my career so I would be alive to take care of, and I quote "Our babies".
It was while enrolled in Willingston at the age of 13 my daughter Angela met Joseph Kiriewsky, who was 20 at the time. Joseph Kiriewsky began a sexual relationship without my consent or knowledge that resulted in the birth of Matthew Toledo.
Upon learning of this relationship I called over to Joseph Kiriewsky’s home to speak with his mother and father and they agreed to meet with me. Upon arrival I was confronted by what they claimed to be their lawyers who identified themselves as Kim and Robert Law. Kim Law attempted to educate me on the emancipated minor statues of the Statues of Florida. I advised them that if this relationship continued I would have them all prosecuted as accessories to statutory Rape. They left shortly after. Philip and Linda Kiriewsky then began a tirade on how he was a Priest and a holy man and Linda was a Priestess and informed me and I quote "Angela’s mother came down from Heaven and told them that Angela was supposed to be with Joseph. I was shocked went home and made plans to move to Ocala, at which time I got an apartment at the Stonelake Apartments. I had no idea that the relationship continued.
I met my present wife Laura Toledo shortly after moving to Ocala and have been together ever since, I do not and have not been with anyone else since, I believe in the sanctity of marriage, but I digress, and I apologize.
In spite of my protests and against the very laws of this state with the assistance of both his parents, Joseph Kiriewsky continued the relationship. Linda Kiriewsky ( She worked at Closetmaid) and Philip Kiriewsky did in fact drive him to my apartment and where we lived on the first floor climb into her bedroom and engage in a relationship. Shortly after this resulted in the conception of Matthew Toledo. I again thought it would be safer if I moved my family to Dunnellon. This is where the harassment and as the horror inflicted on my family began.
I had enough and went to the Levy County Sheriff’s Office and filed a complaint against Joseph Kiriewsky for Statutory Rape, it was at this time I was also advised that me Joseph Kiriewsky was already charged with a Felony when his ex girl friend (another 14 year old) broke off their relationship because her father demanded it, Joseph decided to go to their home and destroy a beautifully rebuilt and fully restored classic muscle car. He was prosecuted
The Sheriff’s office decided to question Joseph Kiriewsky, and he readily admitted to all of the above to the officer and shortly after the arrest his family began calling my home and threatening the life of my family if we did not drop the charges (I told them once the state has a case it cannot be dropped by me ) and we received calls from Kim and Robert law advising us that I would be sued for malicious prosecution, libel and slander and that this was and I quote "white man’s land" and that they would come and take Angela and her unborn child and disappear into their Cult and I would not be able to anything about it, this got so bad and I began to get truly frightened for the lives of my children and for Laura’s Children, I decided to get Angela out of the state of Florida, breaking a promise to their mother, and to Maryland where Matthew was born.
The day before we were to drive up to Maryland an Investigator arrived at our home, Angela was already in Maryland, her name is Holly Capp, she informed us that she receive a call that accessed me of beating my daughter and kicking her in the stomach to abort the child she was carrying, not only was I incensed, I was determined to protect my family. I called my sister in Maryland and without telling her why asked to have Angela speak to Holly Capp, at which time Angela informed her that I never hit her, Holly Capp SPOKE TO ANGELA THEN, and closed the case.
We eventually join them and subsequently moved back to Florida after purchasing a home in Inverness, Florida. The moment Angela and Matthew came back to Florida, more horror was inflicted, more and more accusations with DCF were made by Joseph Kiriewsky, Philip Kiriewsky, Linda Kiriewsky, his sister Melinda Kiriewsky, Kim and Robert Law and death threats but this time is was to back off demanding child support, I went to the Citrus County Court and got an Injunction.
Joseph Kiriewsky and his family and his legal advisors im and Robert Law have been harassing us with false accusations for years and eventually with enough false accusations and with the advice of the legal team finally found some people who are as racist as they are, and that is Holly Capp, now a case manager for the centers, who I remind you has violated the Federal Law by informing Kim and Robert Law medical information regarding not only Matthew Toledo, but Angela Toledo as well and I called Ms. Debra Weiss and your predecessor (I assume) called and informed us that she would be disciplined. I will be adding 3 more names but I need you to understand that it began with Holly Capp being reprimanded and continued with Jason Fox, Investigator (now for Citrus County) who was admonished by Judge Barbara Gurrolla, but Carnellia Dyer, a person who was supposed to offer services but refused stating her husband would not allow her in our home (this stated before Judge Currolla herself) and an employee of yours Ivette Wilger, who in her capacity as your employee.
