It seems everytime I question something, there is a sign. Just today, I am telling the truth, I was listening to my music, a song called "The Wicked End" by Avenged Sevenfold. A line from the son is "We've grown into the number six hundred sixty six." Now an hour later, I go to school to get my resistration form for the new semester and what is the last number on there? 666.00 Okay...odd.

I'm doing caculations for spreadsheets and the last number of the last three entrys are 6. Okay I'm reading too much into this, so  I think, let's get away from numbers. So I go home, I'm looking all over the place for something when I heard a familar bark. My new puppies are in my room, rummaging through my old things. Including my box filled with things I've found throughout the years, things that I believe someone is trying to tell me something, including prayer cards I've found in library books, stones that say "believe", "faith", and "praise." These rocks I've found on sides of the road over the past seven years. They even found my angel tarot cards! The only cards that list the highest angels including Nemesis, Gabriel, and they even found my children's bible. Most of these things survived, but not without some bite marks.

I am freaking out! Is this really a sign?! Has God finally given up on me or something?

Why should it matter if our next president is religious?

In my experience, just because you're religious, doesn't make you nice (the scars on my skin and in my heart are proof enough for me).  Just because you worship God, doesn't make you a good person, it's your personal honor and moral system that judges it.

People say I'm innocent, and kind, but when I tell them my religious belief, they suddenly turn ugly. Like the other day, a man had a shirt listing different religions and insulting. He was smiling that I read it, but when I looked at him and asked "How come Christianity isn't on there?" He turned bright red and stormed away like I had just said a bad word. It was a simple question.

People also say I'm still young, what do I know? I know what it's like to be discriminated against because of my personal beliefs and having to listen to what my Jewish friend has to put up with when he wears his Star of David in the open instead of tucking into his shirt that he normally does.

So, why should it matter if McCain and Senator Obama are religious? Aren't there more important things to worry about?

Listen closely to this song, certain phrases and words. I want to know if this is close to a religious hymm or not.  I don't think it is, because it's from a video game. But my mother thinks it does. The song is called "Out of Darkness"

Here are the words just in case I messed up.

Listen to my voice calling you
Pulling you out of darkness
Hear the Devil's cry of sin
Always turn your back on him

With the wind you go
Still I dream of your spirit leading you back home
I will give my gifts to you
Grow your garden, watch it bloom

The light in your eyes is an angel up high
Fighting to ease the shadow side
Hearts will grow though having to bend
Leaving behind all things in the end

Listen to my voice calling you
Pulling you out of darkness
Hear the Devil's cry of sin
Always turn your back on him

The first time I heard this song, I loved it. I still do, hope you do too.

Nightmare

Old enough to vote, but still not old enough to drink. I'm a student at a small college and I'm a lot nicer than my nickname implies. I average a 4.0 GPA and my likes include white chocolate, wrestling (especially the wrestlers Jeff Hardy and Shannon Moore), drawing, painting, rock music like Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engage, Korn and Marilyn Manson, (yes I listen to Marilyn Manson wanna make something of it?) and video games. My dislikes are mushrooms, pickles, celebrity garbage, people who never look on both sides of the issues, people who generalize, Republicans in general and ignorance. I have been living in Central Florida for almost eight years and have been using most of my spare time to find every link between the oil tycoons and the Republicans in Congress.(Everyone has a hobby, this is mine).
