 February 29, 2007, would have marked the 19th Anniversary of my becoming a United States Citizen.  Since there is no February 29 this year, I’ll celebrate today!!

 

Other milestones in my life include:

 

  • The days my two sons were born
  • The day I started working in this country
  • The day I voted for the first time
  • The day I drove a car in the highway for the first time alone
  • The day I received my first ‘real’ kiss
  • The day I decided to accept God in my life 

 

Dates I always remember include:

 

  • My mother’s birthday
  • My stepfather’s birthday
  • September 11, 2001

 

Do you keep important dates in mind?  Which dates do you consider to be milestones in your life?

It was a great day for celebration.

On this special day, I would have loved to have seen an American Eagle, although seeing a Red Hawk was really nice too!! - LOL

Dates I like to remember(milestones).
Joined the Army 1985
Married 1988
Birth of 1st girl 1989
Birth of 2nd girl 1990(wife was on the pill) LOL
Birth of Son 1992(Desert Storm Baby) LOL
Baptized and Born Again 1994
10th Wedding Anniversary
Purchased first house 2001
Retired from Army 2003
Becoming a MyFoxTampabay member 2006. LOL

I guess we just need to let some of "those" milestones pass without noticing!! - LOL

I am not a person who is hung up on age. I sometimes don't even remember how old I am!! - LOL

My state of mind is stuck in the late 70's and early 80's.

That was good living and playing!! - LOL

It's just great to have a happy life.
