Huckabee Wins Iowa. What does it mean?

Former Gov. Mike Huckabee won the Republican Presidential Caucus in Iowa.

In his speech tonight, he said he won despite being overwhelmingly outspent in t.v. and radio ads.

What does it mean?  Does money still count in campaigns?

Money doesn't count for everything, but running a campaign is very costly. Huckabee is very concerned about money now, people have to start contributing to his campaign or he will have to rely heavily on the media to run his campaign for him free of charge.
