Wow...I just watched,  BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA.  The movie was really good and heart warming.

This movie showed how important it is for children of all ages to use their imagination;
To dream big..Tell your children to dream big, keep their heads on "Cloud Nine!"  Tell them to climb as far up they can.

Let's not forget how important family is..Love your children, hug your children, build those bridges with your children everyday.
We are never promised a.........TOMORROW~

A good lesson to learn. Haven't seen the movie yet, but it will be #1 on the list when my daughter comes to see me next. (Her day off, with a ton of laundry, tired and hungry.)
Love your children, hug your children, build those bridges, and do it now, before it is too late.
I am glad I did that all along. I have a relationship with my child, that I NEVER had with either of my parents.
Imagination is SO important. Luckily, I am the kid that never grew up, and we have so much fun together, which is more important than anything else. True bonding.

oh my...LOL, I dont remember the shoes or what they were called. I do remember HATING those shoes.
I loved that car too. We had ugly shoes, but Daddy had the pimp car. Go figure!
I used to climb up into back window of that car and sleep on long trips.

Of course Mary, what a dumb mistake on my part. I have similar pictures of myself. Hand me downs were the norm then. I was lucky, as I was the middle son, so got them after my older brother, and before my younger brother!
Now, I had older sisters too, but could not get any of thier clothing. Sigh!
