McCain's One -Two-Punch

I saw this morning where John McCain 'entertained' Condi Rice in a supposedly convivial meeting. One has to wonder if McCain is getting ready to deliver the old one-two punch to the Democrats!
What better choice for him to make for a running mate than Condi Rice. With just a single nod he will be able to effectively eliminate both Democratic contenders and nullify their history making claims; HRC as first woman president. Hey, you gotta learn to walk before you can run, Hill. So Condi Rice as Veep, puts her in the perfect position to taking that first wobbly step to the Presidency. Obama, the first black President. Ditto for Condi, but with one HUGE difference; this black woman will have what both of the pretenders to the throne lack, and protest they hold in abundance; she has the experience and the name recognition.
While McCain has denied that he has spoken to Condi about becoming his running mate, it looks to me like that statement may have been made with his tongue planted firmly in his cheek and a sly wink and a nod.

Yep Condi Rice would certainly drive home to America that McCain is a top contender in the Bush Administration by accepting one of the major players Condi Rice as his VP. Good Job McCain.

I really like Condeleeza.......KUDOS TO McCAIN IF HE MAKES THAT CHOICE.......now this is a true woman of honor that would make FOR A GOOD PRESIDENT SOMEDAY...ON BOTH END OF THE STICK...Black American and A WOMAN.......GREAT POST LL RUCKER..............very good ...

sorry kiss.........but I wish you the best but I will not vote democat............and McCain is not a rubber stamp IF HE WERE THEN HE TRULY WOULD MAKE A HELL OF A CANDIDATE........his age should have no bearing HE CAN DO THE JOB.......McCAIN'S WINNINGS AND EXCELLENCE WILL COME FROM THE VP HE CHOOSES.........AND I PRAY.........for one thing only but no one knows yet..................I know Charlie Crist CANNOT be it......McCain needs someone headstrong and WAR SAAVY..........and I can only hope for my RG.....to be the one.....we will see

I think you give to much credit to the party to think they would ever consider putting a person of color on the ticket for Vice President. Not to be harsh but realistic, a large part of the republican constituency are intolerant of people of color if not outwardly then behind closed doors. When they are given positions of power they are only given job's where they can preach the party line, not actually make any contributions at all.

I have a lot of respect for Ms. Rice but I don't think for one minute she would ever be considered for VP of the republican party.

On another note, Candy... I dont know... If you are trying to be clever... but it's ONLY COMING OFF as ignorant.... WITH YOUR INSULTS and bigotry... LET IT GO....

Is she black? I'd never noticed. Oh, and she is a female too! WOW, what a concept. Now there is one very well educated woman with more common sense than both of those democraps put together. McCain already has my vote and if she is on the ticket, I would vote as often as possible like the illegals do.

I've said that McCain should pick Condoleeza Rice for his running mate as V.P. she's good at what she does and knows the ends and outs of government,she would be a excellent choice.

EXCELLENT TICKET IN NOV.
