This is AWESOME!!!

Preteen vs. illegal Alien Home Invaders

Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home to go to work.

It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.

Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun.

Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals.

When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

Ever wonder why good stuff never makes NBC, CBS, PBS, MSNBC, CNN, or ABC news...

Now that is Gun Control thought for the day

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'

I LOVE it!!!

Great post! I love news like this. Two less low lifes to worry about! Justice served, and quickly.

Now just imagine what would have happened to Patricia if not for the gun in the house, and her quick reaction!

I say yay for her!

Love your comparison of the illegal alien/drug dealer thing. Good one! I will have to remember that one! LOL!

Wow this is spine chilling. I can't imagine what must have gone through Patricia's mind at the time she took aim and fired. What an experience for an 11 yr old. Great post, Thank You!!!

As much as I like this story, it is not true, at least entirely.

Look it up on snopes.

I followed your link and the only thing that they seem to fail to consider is that we are talking about rural Montana. Rural Montana can get VERY RURAL. It would seem hard to prove or disprove it.

Just don't believe everything you read on the internet is my main point I guess.

Two criminals got the sentence that they deserved. When JUSTICE is dispenced this way,it need only be done once. These two will never rob, injure, maim,or kill again. This is good for the enviroment as well, no more trees will be needlessly destroyed to print rap sheets, coroner's reports, arrest reports, medical reports or insurance claims to name a few.

droanx -

Oops - my bad - I generally do check snopes before reposting something, forgot this time. That's a bummer...I really wanted this to be true.

At least it's nice to see how many others agree with me.

Yeah Meb, if only every criminal could be killed during the commission of thier crime.

We wouldn't need prisons, criminal courts, or probation officers.
Repeat offenders would not exist! If only! LOL!

I think I need to do an armed citizen update! =)

I would prefer a double barrel shotgun myself. You can squeeze both triggers simultainously and increase the lead dosage two fold. Sometimes an inadequate dose can lead to further complications and not cure that particular affliction !

Why Meb. I am surprised at you. What if there was multiple attackers? After blowing your load on one, you would have to quickly crack that baby to load 2 more rounds.

I would much prefer the Mossberg 500, a pump action that will fire multiple rounds as fast as you can BLEEP it and pull the trigger. A slug fired from that weapon could take down a horse, possibly even a bear or elephant!

WAIT! Scratch elephant! I meant donkey. LMAO!

I was bleeped? For what? How bizzare.

I was referring to the action of loading another round in the chamber of a pump action weapon. Or any weapon.
It is called cocking the weapon.

If I had a weapon cocked, it would mean ready to fire. Geez, church lady must be back.

This is also a common term for a rooster, as in when the BLEEP crows in the morning.

Fox, you have a dirty mind. Why does every little word bother you?

BLEEP is a rooster! Ass is a donkey! Geez.

Having handled a rather short, but still legal by 1/2 inch, double for dove and guail you'd be ammazed how quickly reloading can be accomplished. The trick is to learn how to hold two additional shells between the last three fingers on your trigger hand. That beloved STEVENS was purchased from a repair shop owner on Silver Star Rd. I personally don't believe he was a bird hunter. That particular gun was impressive at ranges of 30 ft. or less !

Obviously an administrator isn't familiar with firearms or related terminology Frank. Wonder if they have difficulty with any other revelant terminology as well ?

Yeah Frank, I kinda figured you were referring to the actions of others. Me, I compose then type. I never delete, and if any editing is done it is to correct some of my spelling issues on my posts. I wish you could edit your own comments for the same reason as well !

Still. I would rather have that pump action, and in close quarters, it would not fail.

Patricia true or false, is a perfect example of a win/win scenario. If I was her dad, being called at work with the message she blew away 2 dirtbags in thier home, I would be so proud, and so grateful, that my teachings saved her life. This is what it is all about.

I would even gladly, and joyfully, clean up the mess!

Wilson Combat offers several tactical 12 guages that are quite impressive. Next year, I believe I will be making a scatter-gun purchase. Being that it is for defensive purposes, no plug and a ten shell capacity are plusses as well !

I still just refer 'em to my Lawyers..you have heard of them I am sure...Smith and Wesson?
Something About a .40 legal brief that stops them every time...and it holds 9 of em, and I can change clips VERY fast. And, yes I firmly believe in Gun control..hold it firmly and steady..and hit what you aim at. Or my Chinese friend, the copycat AK-47 I got on my senior trip to sunny Southeast Asia.(The former owner having no further use for it..)
But for CQ combat, the old 12ga is still king. I just love to hear Mr's Smith and company bellow, though. But for the 12 bore..load every 4th round with black rifle powder...makes it SOOOO much more fun!

see ya

I'm originally from near Boston and now live in Central Florida. I love animals and country music (especially Jim Van Fleet and the Reign! lol). I like sports, especially basketball (Go Celtics!!). I like to dive, fish, shoot, horseback riding - 'outdoorsey' stuff. I'm also a bit of a 'science geek'. I'm not sure how often I'll blog - but it's fun getting to know the Fox Team and others who watch.
