Yeah, I agree signal. Apparently they do not teach in school that the earth goes through natural cycles of cooling and warming.

James, when I was your age all the chicken littles were crying about a new ice age. Yes, it was taught in school as well.

Now they teach that we are burning up!

It is natural cycles of heating and cooling that the planet goes through.

We are now at the end of a heating cycle, and at the beginning of a cooling cycle.

Look at record low temperatures throughout the US in these last few years. Global warming?

Al Gore, and his band of chicken littles scream otherwise. They will soon be laughable.

Scientists are sometimes given too much credit, but that's only because they are right more often than not.

James, this is a good opportunity to hone your debating skills. Talk to your teachers, read online, ask some qeustions, then come back here and continue your debate.

I doubt it will be much of a debate. Not one of your detractors have offered a shred of scietific evidence to support their views.
