The Execs are LIVING it UP.....

From;;

The Business Sheet;

Needed A Break! Jay Yarow

Imagine watching the international company you run fall apart. Now imagine you've got to work double time to keep the company from destroying the global economy because you've involved your company in many businesses around the world.

Everyday you wake up and the newspaper is hammering your boneheaded decisions. Meanwhile CNBC has ten people at once talking about your failures. Finally, you go hat in hand to the government who reluctantly gives you the money you need to protect the world against the mess you made.

Ugh, feels stressful just thinking about it. Afterwards, you probably want "Me" time to recuperate, correct? Okay, good. Now that you've been through what the AIG execs have been through, we hope you won't judge them too harshly:

Less than a week after the federal government committed $85 billion to bail out AIG, executives of the giant AIG insurance company headed for a week-long retreat at a luxury resort and spa, the St. Regis Resort in Monarch Beach, California, Congressional investigators revealed today.

AIG documents obtained by investigators show the company paid more than $440,000 for the retreat, including nearly $200,000 for rooms, $150,000 for meals and $23,000 in spa charges.

"Less than one week after the taxpayers rescued AIG, company executives could be found wining and dining at one of the most exclusive resorts in the nation,"

And they SAY that CRIME doesn’t PAY….

Hey Hawk! You know, you forgot to mention all the drug dealers who are just makin' a thumping business, now that nobody has to take random drug tests for the jobs they no longer have! I swear, "The Corners" known for "The Business" seem to be busier, I mean WAY busier than usual, and it looks like the clientele has changed, too!

No one else does and they pay them out the whazoo!!!!
If McCain does not jump on this crapola and make them pay back every dime..then I am going to throw my vote to Barr.

Now that's some BS. Since we own 80% of AIG, can't we decide to fire these clowns and put some interns in?

Well even with the Bailout money, CEO's is living it up once again and cheering to the government for providing them with a bigger and better party celebration!!! They have shown the people the truth that has been stated all along...the prosecution rests!

The AIG personalities are two timing all right, thumbing their noises at you while rubbing salt in a fresh wound. They should be cashiered immediately, but Washington for some reason seems to embrase that type " Roman " binge and purge. It is truly bad for those that are counting on the market at this time for their retirement income. The bottom line is : if you can invest now is the time to do it. Historically the market has always risen.
