I’m JUST trying to answer ONE question that SEEMS to be on the minds of some of our leaders…

I’m sitting here listening to all the talking heads trying to figure out what went wrong with the Bailout Bill....Seems SOME of our Representatives are ACTUALLY worried about what WE the People think about this..

"What is WRONG with the American People ??" they’re asking.."Don’t those IDIOTS know how SERIOUS this is?? WHY can’t they SEE it???"

And the FIRST thing that crossed my mind was,, well NO,, they DON’T see it.. why SHOULD they??

THIS is just ONE MORE example of a LONG line of Doom and Gloom predictions that the American People have had to put up with for the last 30 some odd years..MANY have NEVER known a time when THIS was NOT the case..

We SHUT down our Nuclear Power Industry on the word of that Noted Nuclear Physicist Jane Fonda who EARNED her credentials by virtue of a Movie that she made..

We were ALL gonna DIE if we didn’t DO that..

We were ALL gonna DIE again by the mid eighties from Ozone Depletion based on the word of that world renown Astrophysicist Ted Danson..

We were ALL gonna DIE when Reagan stood up to the Russian Bear..

We were ALL gonna die when Bush 1 went into Iraq..

And the LAST seven Years ….Well…WHAT can I say..You COULDN’T turn on the News or come on one of these sites without having to put up with ONE Doom and Gloom Scenario after another..

We’re ALL gonna DIE if we STAY ,, and HERE’S a NEW one,, ADDICTED to oil..

We’re ALL gonna Die if we DON’T..

We’re ALL gonna DIE in another Ice Age ( 1975)

We’re ALL Gonna DIE beacause of Gorebal Warming..

We EVEN hear that we’re ALL gonna DIE because the EARTH is doing the SAME thing that it’s been doing since the beginning of Time..WE HAVE WEATHER..And THIS on the word of that Noted Climatologists and Nobel Prize winning Movie Maker..Al Gore..

Our FOOD is Gonna KILL us..

Things with names that more closely resemble a Jumble Puzzle then anything REAL are Gonna Kill us..

Our Beverages are Gonna Kill us..

People smoking in Philadelphia are Killing people in Las Angeles..

Super Volcanoes,,Monstrous Hurricanes,, Astertoid Impacts..and my ALL time Favorite,, PANDEMICS that ONLY seemed to be a Danger at ELECTION time..

It's ONLY a matter of Time..And BTW..That MOST successful Predator of ALL time is gonna det us too..TIME itself..You CAN'T escape it..YOU'RE Gonna DIE..

Geez..If it EXIST ANYWHERE,, SOMEBODY SOMEWHERE is saying that we’re ALL Gonna DIE from it..

And what the HELL..WHO wants to Live ANYWAY..I Mean DAMN..We’re ALL only ONE Paycheck away from being Homeless anyway..

I gotta tell ya..When I hear this question,, "What is WRONG with the American People ??",, the ONE thing that comes to MY mind is a Story that I heard MANY times as a young lad..
