NOT the other way around…

FASCISM,, SOCIALISM and ALL other forms of TYRANNY are ALL based on,, and ONLY made POSSIBLE by,, the "Rule of LAW"..

Actually..there were those of the Founding Fathers that OBJECTED to the Judicial Branch EVEN being a Major PART in the Power Structure of the Government..HOW and to WHAT extent the Judiciary was to have a role in the Government became the subject of MUCH debate..THIS resulted in the LONGEST and most HEATED Debates at the time and ALSO resulted in the longest delays to a resolution and an acceptable Constitution then ANY other reason....

However,, it was the inclusion of the Judiciary that won the day..But it was NEVER intended to "RULE"..

THAT'S why the Republic was set UP as a Government of THREE EQUAL Branches..So that NONE would "RULE" the People..It was INTENDED to ALWAYS be that there WOULD be two other branches to offset and act as a system of checks and balances against ANY possibility of ANY ONE Branch taking on THAT THRONE..This "Rule by Law" BS was INVENTED by the Socialist Movement to advance their agenda DESPITE the Will of the People and is predicated on the premise that ONLY Government can demonstrate a sense of "Good Will"..

That WE,, as a People are NO better then the worse examples of Human Nature..That WE are NO better then our WORSE Common Denominator..THAT is a Crock…

I do NOT Murder people because I am NOT a Murderer,, NOT because it’s against the LAW..
I do NOT steal from people because I am NOT a thief,, NOT because it’s against the LAW..

I NEED no MAN MADE LAWS to tell ME Right from Wrong,, GOOD from Evil or how to behave by ANY other measure..

THESE Laws are reflections of MY ( as in the WILL of the PEOPLE ) sense of right and wrong..I am NOT a reflection of the LAW..

The Constitution,, while it sets protections for,, does NOT recognize the RULE of the Minority,, the RULE of Law,,The RULE of the Legislature OR the RULE of the Executive,,,It Spells out QUITE Clearly in words that CANNOT be misunderstood and must NEVER be allowed to be misinterpreted,, that It ONLY recognizes the will of ONE and ONLY One Supreme Authority..

The Authority of WE the PEOPLE…

THAT’S why NO Supreme Court Ruling has EVER been the LAST word in ANYTHING unless WE the PEOPLE allow it to be....ALWAYS the Rulings are SUBJECT to the Constitutional Amendment Process by the MAJORITY of the WILL of the PEOPLE..NO Minority has THAT Power.. And when I USE the term Minority,, I mean minority as in numbers only..But really,, EVEN if you use that term in Today’s Racial Context the abolition of SLAVERY could NEVER have been accomplished by the WILL of the Minority alone but ONLY became POSSIBLE and INDEED a reality BY Virtue of the WILL of the the MAJORITY of the people..

We must NEVER forget that the most dangerous threat that Our America faces today comes NOT from Foreign Countries or from Terrorists hell bent on our destruction..WE have faced these things in the past and have ALWAYS prevailed..No..OUR threat comes from within..Our threat comes in the form of a FREE people ACCEPTING the YOKE of tyranny FROM ANY DIRECTION..Including the one represented by the Leftist’s concept of the "RULE by LAW"..

OUR enemies have LONG Known this from the day of Kruschev’s speech of 1959 and is reflected in the Speeches of America’s enemies EVEN today..They have LONG said that it would be the FREEDOMS of Americans,, the LACK of ANY Rule by Law that would spell her doom..It is UP to US to Prove them wrong..Indeed..It is UP to US to prove them DEAD wrong if need be..
