I think this war is past political and is more religious than anything.

Christianity vs. Muslim

Just a thought....

I have a strong opinion about  terrorism in the states more than i care of someones religion.
School shooters, Bomb-makers, Drug Dealers. Put all of them under the terrorism umbrella.
Charge those kids with terrorism. Charge the Jamaican guy at OIA. If the kids wanna make a pipe bomb on our soil, throw the whole book. Make others know the consequence of disrupting peace.
The whole underground economy of the drug trade( if the cops wer'nt part of it already), might hold a little more consequence if charged as a terrorist.
Name plastered front page. No more slaps on the wrist.
Might think twice about buying a K.

The war on terror has never been a political war for 1/2 of the war fighters. The "Warriors of Islam" have been telling us this for many many years now. It is our own fault that this motivation is so foreign to us that we refuse to believe it is true of others.

Islamist fighters do not even pretend that we have a right to live and they have said so for hundreds of years. We are at war and notwithstanding the pansies that deny this truth we are going to remain at war for the foeseeable future since we do not have the fortitude to eliminate the enemy completely.

There is no defense like the total destruction of your enemy

We cant destroy a religion, can we?
what is this the holocaust relived?

Jesus was the most quoted prophet in the Quran.
We must preach and instill tolerance, on both sides.
Each has a right to belief. Each needs to understand that.

We are all people before we are anything else.
We are all citizens of the planet before citizens of our country.

I believe we must finish what we started, but who exactly is the enemy?

In my world the enemy is the guy that tells you he is going to kill you your family and your society.

I believe that every word Gorilla says is both honorable and true however the people we are fighting do not and WILL NOT BE CONVINCED leaving only the violence they espouse and demand as our only course of action

You can only preach tolerance to people who are willing to listen. Our enemies have proven that they aren't, and have shown that they are more than willing to instill, or enforce, their views on everyone else.

Unfortunately, I don't see an end to this anytime soon.

How pissed would you be if you found out the enemy you were told about was made up and the deeds were performed by the Israeli Mossad?

There will always be extremes.
We must be wary of the two in every situation.

Blind faith is very ignorant, and we have proof of that on our own soil.
The difference is we are not fighting for God.
This fight will never be over. The martyrs will never stop.
We need to show them what seems to be righteous is against the will of Allah. Or Jehovah.
Which is the Father.
Its all the same.
I doubt any respect is shown by our military.
Especially if blinded by their own religious pride.
Pride is a perception.
This only causes more reason for hate.

That wouldn't solve anything...
His term is up.

It is our fault for letting something like this happen.
Clinton slid, why wouldn't he?
I'm still probably voting for McCain.

thorn... an example of ignorance!

Bush did NOT make false WMD's he was the messenger of previous administration's intel.

But. again I invite you go Google "Buried Iraqi Fighters" and see some of that non-existent WMD for yourself....

Lets remember that the Iraqi operations are a CONTINUATION of Desert Storm that we sat and let fester for 2 full terms of Clinton!

Thorn.. I will remind you that 9/11 terrorist were Saudi, however part of Al Qaeda. Funny how you take issue with that yet when terrorist in Saudi blew up Kohbar Towers killing our service men and women, Clinton traded not demanding an investigation and questioning of suspects for donations to his personal library and future speaking engagements.... You cry about blood for Oil (which isn't true) but yet blood for one man's personal wealth?
