This guy is evil- I hope we get to hang him high !

Jailed Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri has lost his High Court bid against extradition to the US where he faces terror-related charges.

The Egyptian-born preacher is currently serving a seven-year jail term in the UK for inciting murder and race hate.

Abu Hamza, 50, from west London, is wanted by US authorities on 11 charges, including sending cash to al-Qaeda.

He needs to be executed, so he cannot give out any "orders," be "broken out," or someday "let off," by some pansy judge!

...Well you know Obama would like to see him have a fair trial in the American judicial system before you accuse him of anything...because everyone is guarantied “rights” under our constitution , especially those who go around murdering US citizens .....

A fair trial is given because it's the humane thing to do. Just because someone does something truly repugnant and inhumane, it doesn't warrant forgoing our constitution. To do that makes us no better than the terrorists.

People are guaranteed their rights and we are innocent till proven guilty. Even though most will agree that he is guilty, there is a reason we guarantee these rights. So that those people who are truly innocent receive justice, not to ensure that those guilty receive it. It is far better to see a hundred guilty men go free than see one innocent man imprisoned. This was the mentality behind, "Innocent till proven guilty."

I think the guy deserves the harshest punishment available, after he's been proven guilty by a jury or judge. I know that if he were to be found innocent he would just be deported to a country where his rights wouldn't be guaranteed.
