i also think LAKE WEIR HIGH SCHOOL because we used to be a C-D school and now were a B school

Hi my name is Karla Membreno an I am a 9th grade ESE student from Freedom High School an I pick my school to be the Cool School of the Week because we have a really excellent ESE program an they also have specellic Olympics for the ESE students. Freedom also has the best Cheerleaders and Cheerleading squad an they have a good Color Gurad also. They have the coolest an excellent Teachers and Staff that is why I think Freedom High should be pick for COOL SCHOOL OF THE WEEK.

I would like to nominate Jackson Middle School in Titusville, Fl. This school has the best teachers and students. Everyone is so awesome. Go Generals!!!

I am nominationa Warner Christian Academy from South Daytona. GO EAGELS!!! They have a great teaching staff that is out of this world. What a great place to send your child in a safe, loving christian enviroment. My 3 children love going to school there. They have a great sports department that is active and going strong, an outstanding band, plenty of student activities and programs and much more. This school is great, check them out. Go Warner Eagles!

Hello, I am a student at Pine Ridge High School in Deltona FL. I think my school should be the next Cool School because our school tries to go as far as possible. One main thing in our school is Linkcrew. Linkcrew is a group of higher classmen helping 9th graders with the transition from Middle school to High school. We also have more languages available to learn then any other school in the county. When it comes down to it, I believe our school is a COOL SCHOOL.

I think that umatilla high school should win cool school of the week is because we have already won it once before and i still stand behind what i said last year.
our school is amazing, were filled with outstanding teachers that will help us succede no mattter what the sistuation is.
And the students that go there are amazing they help make the school what it is today.
our football and cheerleading teams are amazing even if we dont win we never give up and keep on fighting until we do win.
even though we might be the smallest school in lake county we are also the smartest and most outgoing school u will ever find thanks to eveyone who goes there.
And thats why i think that umatilla high school should be cool school of the week, we never give up and wherever we go u will always know that we are umatilla high school home of the fighting bulldogs.

I believe Spruce Creek High school deserves the cool school of the week. Spruce Creek High is not only an A+ school with an amazing IB program, but also has been on the Newsweek Top 100 high school's of the nation. Creek is also home to gold medallist Ryan Lochte. The students are great, the teachers are all for the kids... it's the best high school ever!

Hi my name is Andrea Nurse and I am a substitute teacher at Sawgrass bay elementary school in Clermont. I am also on the PTO and the SAC board. I would like to tell you why our school deserves to be the COOL school of the week.
We are a brand new school and we are an "A" school.
We are a uniformed school and our school colors are Red White and Blue and PINK because everyone needs a little pink in thier life!!!
We deserve to be the "Cool" school of the week because we do alot of COOL things at our school.
We have a beautiful tile wall right when you walk in that students created all on thier own. This is our most prized possession of our school.
One of the best things we do is incorporate "Family Fun" into all our events because we believe that "Family Time" is very important.
We also thrive on building relationships as a community. We believe that this is the key to a successful education.
At our school we hold a minimum of 5 "Family Fun Night" events a year. The first is this Friday where we will have our "A" celebration hot dog and snow cone party. Fully equipped with a DJ, music, food and fun.
This year we will also be hosting an "International Winter" festival where everyone can show off thier nationality, 4 Movie nights for all grade levels, an ice cream social for the whole family, spagetti dinner night and lots more, we also host media nights every tuesday where the parents and students can come in to the media center and read and check out books after school and work. They can also get on the computers for extra learning.

WE HAVE SO MANY CLUBS THAT I CAN NOT NAME THEM ALL IT WOULD BE AN HONOR TO HAVE FOX 35 NEWS COME TO THE HOME OF THE FREEDOM HIGH SCHOOL PATRIOTS. FREEDOM HAS THE BEST CHEERLEADERS AND WE HAVE THE TWO BEST COLOR GUARD AND WINTER GUARD.

I think Lake weir high should be the cool school of the week. we have and awsome band.
we have a very strong ag department, and an execllent FFA chapter. We are all pretty much in high sprits, and we are loud and proud of our school
