A butterfly, That's what many people think of when they see Shay Harris. She is springing forward and is handling the job well.

It is a wonderful thing to see an intelligent African American woman, in such a professional light. Especially saying so, for the state of Florida., Many young girls will be inspired to see her face over the televsion screen in many homes.

Thank you Fox for allowing a woman of color to be truly recognized.  

Shay Harris is a beautiful person with a remarkable personality. It shows through in her stories.

Eric... If you havent noticed before, Erika Courtney and her husband ALWAYS mention peoples color when they blog.... they say they are not racist though. Odd huh?

My blog, my comments. I am at liberty to state a beautiful black woman, or intelligent black woman if that's my choice of words. Please don't make it a habit of correcting my blogs, especially if I didn't ask for your services. If you are being so professional then why delete my post. I agreed with you. The only thing I stated different was the use of a label. Besides the use of the term Africian-American can apply to white people too. Most black people or black Americans were born here and their ancestors for several generations back were born here also so to use the term Africian-American is wrong.
