Ok.. be honest.. this sounds hilarious but this was serious.

A Deltona father whacked his daughter's boyfirend with a metal pipe after finding him naked in his daugthers room!!!

Dad said he didn't even know his duaghter had a boyfriend to begin with.

Dad was arrested on aggravated battery charges.

Boyfriend suffered a head would.

Talk about a talker!

So.. I've talked to a number of homeowners out in Debary who tell me their insurance Nationwide is not cooperating with them very well.  Their homes were flooded by Tropical Storm Fay. 

Have you had issues with Nationwide or other insurance companies?

Remember Joe Woodard?

His wife and daughter were killed last year when a plane crashed into their home in Sanford.  His house - also destroyed.

Well.. Mr. Woodard rebuilt his home.  It's a few weeks from being completed and the HOA is now telling him he might have to tear down the house because he is breaking some rules.

The HOA told him the shingles and the elevation of the home are not consistant with the community's.

Talk about another battle Mr. Woodard is trying to over come!

What do you think?  Should he have to tear down the house and start over?

Should the HOA make an exception?  Could there be a compromise?

When will the maddness end?

Poor people who live next door to the Anthony's!

So.. a sgt. with the Orange County Sheriff's Office emphasized to us that there are a NUMBER of criminal investigations going on with Casey... the most serious one of them all: what happened to her daughter?

They have eluded that this missing person's case is looking more like a homicide case.

It's been an absolute circus at the Anthony home.

What are your thoughts of this high profile case?  You tired of hearing about it?

When I covered Tropical Storm Fay last week.. I couldn't believe how many people -- kids and adults -- CHOSE to play.. take a dip.. in the flood waters.

Health department says that's a no-no..

There's garbage.. sewage.. and there could be all sorts of animals (snakes and gators)!

In Debary.. I saw a woman actually ENCOURAGING her toddler child to swim in the flooding!!! No joke.

I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!

COPS SAY STEVEN ALFANO GAVE HIS SON POWERFUL PRESCRIPTION DRUGS BECAUSE HE WANTED HIM TO KNOW "HOW TO PARTY RIGHT."

ALFANO TOLD TWO OF SON'S FRIENDS.. THAT HE KNOWINGLY GAVE THE DRUGS TO HIS SON.

THE 47-YEAR-OLD IS CHARGED WITH THIRD DEGREE MURDER.

IT's amazing to see the community come together in an effort to find 2-year-old Caylee Anthony.  It also just breaks my heart when we have to report these things!

Today (Sat.) family friends and even strangers convened in an Orlando parking lot Saturday to aid in the search for Caylee.

Caylee's mom, Casey, is still behind bars with no bond.  Investigators say she's showed little emotion or concerned for her daughter.  Her mom also allegedly asked a neighbor to borrow a shovel around the time her daughter went missing, deputies said.

I pray this little girl is found safe!

How bad is your water name??

If you are an Aqua Utilities Florida take notice.. the company is proposing increasing your water and wastewater rates.

They are asking the Public Service Commission to let them impose a uniform rate.

For an average home that uses about 5,000 gallons a month, the company wants to charge you $40.92 for the water base facility fee AND $88.91 for the wastewater base facility.  How do you like them apples?

We've been telling you about a guy who assaulted a deaf woman in East Orlando this week.  Cops say he looks similar to the suspect that might be responsible to two other rapes in the east side.

Does this have you on edge?  Do you .. or know women that are taking special precautions.. avoiding the area all together.. arming themselves??

I'd like to know what you think??

So... in Volusia County you're charged 5 bucks to drive your car onto the beach.  They are called toll booths.  Volusia has them on 18 of 31 ramps to the beach. 

The county expects to collect about 2 million bucks from tolls this year.  It costs the county 12 million to run the beach.

Here's my question -- a citizens committe group wants the county to eliminate the tolls to attract more people to the beach... but the county commission says they NEED the 2 million generated.

What do you think?  And do the tolls keep you from coming to the beacH?

Cops in Winter Springs are searchng for an accused marijuana grower tonight.

A house at 666 Nighthawk Circle was busted... inside.. 40 marijuana plants.

YIKES!

Police say ... it all started when neighbors of the alleged drug suspect called them because they thought his house was being broken into.
