Gee I wonder why she didn't tell him she had a boyfriend.

Than again, why would you sneek a boy into your room to begin with. I remember in high school my science lab partner was a boy who was at best a friend. We never really talked, but his parents didn't let us out of his sight when we did work.

The lesson: If your parents don't trust you or tend not to have a sense of humor, don't let a boy in your room.

I know if that was me (which will never happen because I'm a good girl ;)) my dad would've used a golf club or the magnum revolver. The boy is lucky to be alive.

Life for the daughter likely has just changed dramatically I'm sure. Hopefully the Judge will dismiss the case.

Had she been muslim, likely she now would be dead by honor killing.... I would let her know that.

From the dads perspective: it could have appeared as a breaking and entering by a stupid, get naked rapist; possible date rape. Do assault charges apply to someone who beats the snot out of a rapist or necked (yeah I know it is spelled naked, but I'm suthern)dude in his daughter's room?

If the daughter is 18 and doesnt' like her parents' rules, she can get a job and move out. If she is under 18, as a minor, her parents still have legal accountability/responsibility for her. Parent's house ... parent's rules. Thus this is a home invasion even if the dumb daughter was an accomplice. No chages against the dad! I would recommend that he not beat the boy in the head with a metal bar though ... he should keep some "salt" loaded shell for his 12 gauge shotgun. That would not only scare the bejeebies out of the boy, but a load of salt in his behind would keep him from sitting for a week and wouldn't do an permanent damage. Also he would have a cool new nick-name, salty or salty butt.

Excellent action to the dad, the kids should kiss his a_ _ he didn’t have a gun and only a pipe, next time he probably gets shot, this kid won't learn. Albunai, lucky no one has made a negative comment about talking about Muslims habits.

Poor kid. I am certain he was invited in by the equally sexed up girl.

He IS lucky the dad wasn't Edward Sissorhands...or a butcher just home from work..

A guest of a resident of the home IS an invited guest. That's the law.

You guys were either (a.) never a teenage boy invited into the bedroom of your girlfriend or (b) are a bunged up little weinnie who never had a girlfriend to begin with.

Any red blooded American lad would have done the same thing, including the dad when he was a teen.

Smacking the kid in the head with a pipe for being an invited guest into the house deserves prosecution and jail time for the dad.

That kid is sure lucky! Because had I found a naked person in bed with my teenage daughter I would pumped hiis azzz full of rock salt!

Sorry I don't buy into this thinking that boys will be boys, and as far as I am concerned, if I didn't invite this person into my house, he is not a guest and was not invited by me the home owner.

By the way? I am a mother of two teenage boys.
