So.. I've talked to a number of homeowners out in Debary who tell me their insurance Nationwide is not cooperating with them very well.  Their homes were flooded by Tropical Storm Fay. 

Have you had issues with Nationwide or other insurance companies?

Before you bash ANY insurance company, did those you spoke with carry flood insurance? If not, screw 'em. It's dirt cheap and there's NO excuse for not having it...

insurance is a big rip off, we all know it.

I have always said that at the end of your insurance year whether it be car, boat, house etc If you have not made no claims-then you SHOULD get a portion of your money back !!

this thing of giving them money for nothing is crazy

Allstate did my mother very good when she had hurricane damage. I was impressed.

NOB-I am able to ask the government for help because they take money out of my paycheck.

Im not against insurance- just for them to do business a better way for the consumer-Didn't you read my post?
