What amazes me is how upset some people are about the way the police arrested Casey Anthony. But let's get real for a moment. Her lawyer said that he agreed to turn her in if the police would just let him know that they planned to arrest her again, but there's no indication that they accepted his offer, because they can't. Have you ever heard of the police calling someone on the phone ahead of time to let them know that they are going to be arrested and asking them to come in on their own. They have a responsibility to arrest the person before they have a chance to take off for parts unknown. I don't care how sincere Casey's attorney was, they can't take the chance that she may take off. They responded so quickly and with such force to protect her from the kooks camped out on her lawn. That's how lynch mobs got started years ago. The police did it right.

i think they cant get her in court so their going after her in the media

after watching and listening the sheriff that was fired cause he lied about certain things are involved.

1. the cadaver dogs alerted to something in the back yard, but nothing was found
2. DNA of a decomposing body in the trunk is there poor baby
3. gasoline, shovel.

the baby was killed buried by more than one person, then dug up and placed in the trunk and taken some where? than set on fire to stop the decomposing body of that awful smell and reburied.

now look at this only a person of police knowledge would know how to hide these things from the police.

Casey is not that intelligent for this crime but her dad and ex boyfriend is

I have been following this case from day one and I have a theory. I think Caylee drowned in the pool and Casey buried her in the backyard. Then decided to dig her up and move her, most likely to the dumpster her car was found parked next to at the check cashing place. I believe at some point between the time it happened and prior to Cindy picking up her car George found out and most likely poured the concrete pad in the backyard to cover disturbed soil. If you read the statement given by him to police he stated he found out caylee was missing around 10 pm on july 15 but this conflicts with the statement given by the office worker at the tow yard that she overheard George say he found his daughter but his granddaughter is missing on the morning of the 15th. How could he have made that statement before Cindy found Casey and brought her home later that evening? And, why is noone searching the landfill?

Court Ordered polygraph

Yes its time to remove the media circus from that poor neighborhood and limit the story to about 2 times a week. Let the OCSD try and prove they can do their job.

that women was right if casey was anything but a 22 yr old white girl she would already be charged with murder, yes that women took her kids to their door and risked going to jail, but how many of us have said we would do that? i think she taught her kids a great lesson today in regards to standing up for what you believe and speaking out against evil. and that women has a actual kidnapped child and there probaly never was a massive search for her daughter, the pain she must feel after seeing this sick act from the anthonys must hurt her so bad, i feel for her and believe she did what we all have wanted to do from the day this story broke.

Sorry to inform you Ericjhach, The area in which the Anthony's live is by far not a poor area, but one of the more desired areas in SE Orlando

I don;t think that she "Murdered"her I think the chick has no clue about what she has done , like her mother said she is a sociopath...and will never admit to anything..But I have a question ? why have'nt we heard anything from the NEW boyfriend that Cassey only wanted to talk to and could care less about her Child????? i mean he might know something...

Hapyjoy you are so right, I believe that the entire family stood up for what they feel and believe in. Like I said earlier it took guts. And I only wish I got in my car and drove the 3 hours and joined them. Their family truly felt pain, and the loss of her daughter is so painful it hurts for her to see anyone else suffer the way she has for years. I cried after hearing her pain, as she explained from her heart all of the feelings that alot of us also have, she not only stood for her and her families beliefs today, she stood up for me, and all of us that are praying and blogging, and reaching out. Just as we all care for the people affected by the Hurricanes. It is truly a sad day, and thanks to the brave family to bring humanity and reality back into this real life tragedy. We all cry tears, and bleed the same color. We all want closure for Caylee, and her family.
Hopefully tomorrow will be the day.

Many of us have thought all along that Caylee Anthony was murdered by her mother. The grandmother has grandstanded all over national TV since this started blaming the sheriff for not finding Caylee. She has never blamed her daughter who is the only one who knows where she buried her baby. Casey is stupid enough to think she can't be prosecuted without a body. The only time she has cried is when she was first sent to jail. Guess her dead baby doesn't bother her, but intefering with her partying bothers her. May she rot in prison.

rachel4. No, the court can't order a polygraph. If a suspect takes one it cannot be used in court as evidence. They should put her in the general population in jail, I'll bet those women could get the truth out of her.
