When I covered Tropical Storm Fay last week.. I couldn't believe how many people -- kids and adults -- CHOSE to play.. take a dip.. in the flood waters.

Health department says that's a no-no..

There's garbage.. sewage.. and there could be all sorts of animals (snakes and gators)!

In Debary.. I saw a woman actually ENCOURAGING her toddler child to swim in the flooding!!! No joke.

I couldn't believe my eyes!!!!

Some people have no common sence. The bad part is that they can and do have offspring.

These same people will show up to the polls in a few short months and vote Obama! Stupid people should not be allowed to breed!

Common sense is a wonderful thing, if you actually have it. But you only live life once, so it is a bit ignorant to take risks. Not stupid, these people are ignorant because they don't understand the risks of swimming in filthy water. Besides stupid people are the ones who vote an exact carbon copy of Bush (like McCain for example) as president so we can relive the Bush experience. Ew.

The water can have anything and everything in it and yet peoples still stand and play in it. It's like Katrina, except there are no bodies in the water, so it's not as dangerous, but it can still make you ill.

Stupid people do stupid things. Perhaps they need to watch a 15 year old die from Strep A infection. I have and it isn't very pretty. And don't even think about the staph infections that are killers because they are resistant to antibiotics.
