Did you know Osama Bin Laden's brother owns a house near Orlando??

Listen to this.. it has been vacant for years.. it's off of Highway 50 in Winter Garden..

It just got sold.

Orange County records show Khalil Bin Laden (Osama Bin Laden's brother) bought the place in the early 1980s.  After 9-11, Khalil bailed out of town.  He got on a plane and left orlando and he hasn't been back.

Pretty crazy!

The whole family got on planes courtesy of the U.S. government at a time when most other air traffic had been halted shortly after 9/11 happened. They probably all sneaked back into the U.S. and are living near friends in Texas or in Washington D.C.

OK I am confused. The first sentance of your blog says he owns a home in Orlando and then the latter part of the blog states that he sold? Does he or doesn't he and how does it affect us? Or is this just media stirring the pot once again?

Osama's family disowned him LONG before 9/11..
In fact..It was back when the Russians first left Afghanistan and he was JUST setting his sights on America..Supposedly..HE and the Sauidi Royal Family had a falling out over America's Presence in Saudi Arabia..

I SUPPOSE some people think that we ought to restrict the activities and movements of Timothy McVeigh's family too..

I remember that! Oh course they hauled patookie as soon as the dirty deed was done! People would have mobbed and killed them, if they hadn't. Of COURSE, they knew NOTHING about what was going to happen. I think they stuck around just long enough to see the news coverage, because nobody could report it like the USA, then they said, "Ha ha, ta, ta, FOR NOW, see ya later suckas!" They may have disowned him, hut I still can't believe there wasn't a true Muslim Arab in the world who didn't applaud him!

So Deb..are you saying I am my brothers keeper ? You already know that i believe “Islam” is the single greatest threat to this and all country's in the world (A war that has raged on between Muslims and the the rest of the world for over 12000 years and will not end until the very teachings of Islam change) but I do not find linking a person to terrorism based on blood is to close to actual racism, and YES the media is guilty of prejudice in its reporting of OBL's relatives from the start.
To be clear being related to some one does not make you guilty or innocent on its own , but we can only hold people accountable for their own actions.

Islam first invaded a free nation and put to death ALL opposition exactly 1297 years ago and has never know peace with any nation that it does not control ever since. ....better ? LOL

RNC, "Fruit doesn't fall far from its tree..." Is all I was implying. If you have ever read ANY comments I have made regarding Muslims, terrorism, Islam, The Koran, then you'd know that I view the whole ball of sandy grease as "STINKING AL-QAUDA SANDSCORPINON TERRORISTS"! PERIOD. No love lost here, from this True Blooded American Girl!

Not trying to portray member of Islam as innocent...or detract from the very real war that we and all non Muslims are in for our survival just pointing out that the “PC” faction of this nation is losing our war for use by constantly protecting murders with arguments about our motives for attacking them. Bin Laden is a large family (most Muslim Family's are very large) , if we are going to move against all his family members why not move against all the relatives of all known terrorist ? We are giving O'sama far more power and credit than he really deserves ...Killing him will not end this war , pretending that only by killing him can we win this war we are giving our enemies a free pass to fight on.

I am of the opinion, he may have bailed in and around 2001.......whose in the house?...these PEOPLE ARE AMONG US.....JUST LIKE BUSH SAID FOLLOWING THE EVENTS OF 9-11......why can't people understand THAT THIS IS SERIOUS..IT HAS BEEN SO.....IN THE LAST 7 YEARS......AND IT IS WHY THIS WAR.....AND OUR MEN...CAN'T AND SHOULDN'T COME HOME.........don't forget THEY PROMISED TO DO IT AGAIN.......EVEN in bigger proportions than 9-11.......I pray that maybe this blog CAN SHOW SOME PEOPLE.....the reasoning behind WHAT'S HAPPENING ......and if we disregard America......we will be HIT AGAIN AND AGAIN........that's my two cents

Maybe this family will be able to make the home livable again. I saw how it had been vandalized. Some people have no respect for others property.

Gammies, vandalizing the property isn't fair to the new owners, at all! That would be like beating a puppy you just adopted, because it's mother once bit your little brother!

The home was vandalized. The new family has to fix all the problems before they can move in. Some of the vandalism came earlier, after the 9/11 terrorist act. Then later it was probably not because of the act, it was because the home was vacant. Some kids/people, are so disrespectful.

Hi Candy. Wonderful! I woke up on this side of the dirt!

I saw this on the news. Nice big house, all boarded up. They didn't go inside, but you can imagine the mess after many years of abuse to the home.

Gee DK is there no “line” that separates us from them in our actions ? If we become what we fight can we win ? Islamic extremist are willing to decapitate American tourists to “protest” the taking of prisoners on the battle field in Iraq ...should we fallow suit ?

I think you guys are forgetting a tenet of American Justice, innocent till proven guilty. Are you going to take every person who has family convicted of a crime and persecute them because of who they are related to?

The banter in this room is pretty scary to hear and in my opinion the most Un-American I've heard.

RCN08 did you learn your Anti-Islam banter from the KKK? I hate to point it out but 99.999% of muslims promote peaceful resolutions. You get this .001% of fundamentalists and you base your whole opinion on them. I would hate to see your view of Christianity after all the Nazi's were 99% Christian by faith. The Catholic and Protestants have years and years of documented abuses against minorities and other religions dating back to the first "Holy Crusades."

The more BS and hate mongering spread like you are hearing here brings us closer back to those days where murder and torture in the name of god was an accepted part of religion. Honestly I don't what kind of church you guys go to but I know I would never participate in one that preached this kind of hatred.

If I'm not mistaken a lot of the people here are the same that chastised Reverend Wright for his hateful words. I guess it's all about calling the pot calling the kettle black.

RCN108 I would add that Christianity has a history of going to war with those that don't follow the same views. Read about the Priests distributing diseased blankets to Native Americans because they wouldn't convert to Christianity.

Hi friends! I co-anchor Fox 35 News on the weekends and report during the week. I must say Florida is a beautiful state. I love the warm and tropical weather. I guess I am used to the sun having been raised in Southern California. I love going to the beach and BBQ-ing. My favorite kind of food is Mexican and Puertorican!! I make some mean enchiladas!! Yumm.. know of any good places to eat, let me know!
