Stimulus Package Money Trail -- Douglas ChickGovernment Rebate Check Money Trail

1. The Feds send every tax payer a $600 rebate.
2.
Taxpayers purchase merchandise made in China.
3.
Taxpayers purchase gas from the Arabs.
4.
Taxpayers purchase fruit and vegetables from Mexico, Honduras.
5. Taxpayers purchase cars from Japan.

What part of the $600 actually stimulates the American Economy?

Well, did you realize your stimulus check is taxed? So a part of it will go back to the money in the USA. Sorry.

Nobody ever believed that this would help jump start the economy.
This is just Congress' of buying off the public who they have ripped off with their incompetent leadership.
Somebody in DC better start thinking of the country instead of their own personal wealth!
I really feel that we haven't seen the worse yet.

Actually I plan on spending mine in the Bahamas, drinking Rum, and smoking cigars and blowing the rest gambling!

OK.. I'm lying.. actually I just paid off the LAST of my consumer debt about 8 months early.

BTW.. The economy before the checks ever made it to anyones hands was already swinging back up! Recession turned out to be a .6% gain on GDP, and unemployment went back down to 5% which in ANY other administration was considered FULL national employement!

We covered this in other blog strings, and showed that the curve of our economy is a natural wave with ups and downs that repeat every 4 to 5 years. Bush one had a recession on his way out, and it already corrected before Clinton even sat in the oval office. Cliton had a couple, and his last one was done by the time Bush entered office, and with a little tax relief it actually accelerated the upswing out. Count on this every 4 years! The Olympics, an election, and a change up or down of the economy that naturally solves itself while others use it for political leverage.

All true DC , all to true. But how bad does it have to get before we close the ports and or take the same kinds of actions that nations like China already take to protect their own economy .....

Whats that Abunai , you say we have a turn down in the economy every 4 years ? LOL no that never happens its all GWB , and we all know that the oil price is ALL GWB as well its not as if we have EVER seen OPEC slow down production before ...they only did this to protest GWB...right ??? right ??? All we have to do is elect Obama , withdraw from Iraq (and Afghanistan) promise never to fight anyone ever in all the world again and they will bring the price of oil down by increasing production ...right ?

Abunai, you are scaring away good customers with your constant wife beater attacks. You and some of the other nuts, are the reason people are not using this blog. It is alright for someone else to have an opinion.

Thats right it is ok to have an opinion, however you continue to delete my response to people attacking me unprovoked. I see you left shadows comment up, but removed my response to him.

Give me an example of good people not using the blogs because of us "big mouths" as you put it then....

If you mean people that come in and spew points not based in any facts or outright propaganda, than GOOD! If they can't stand behind their posts then they shouldn't post them.

I tell ya what DC.. I will now start copy and pasting EVERYTHING you bring in, and give all people a chance to respond without the threat of some liberal making himself the editor in chief in here.

Abunai, on my blog I am editor in chief. On yours, you can be. The only issue I have with you is, you attack and frieghten people away with your extreme views. You can say what you want on your blog, but when you are on others, you are a guest.

I'm holding on to my stimulus money with all my might. It'll be sitting in my bank for a long time. I want to make sure that if things get worse I would always have something to fall back on.

LOL! my "extreme" views I can back up with facts..... I take issue with yours here Chief when you spout nonsense. Your views would fit better at DailyKOS or Huffington post. But thats fine..

I will cut and paste your posts and you sir are free to opine as you wish on my blogs anytime you feel. I will promise you I will NEVER delete your remarks, and will simply debunk them with facts and illustrate your liberal ilk with your own words.

Only a coward deletes rather than address...

Abunai, you are a blog stalker. Why don't you give dialogue somewhere else.
