Is Steroid use Consumer Fraud?

Some Yankee fans are suing the New York Yankee’s for consumer fraud because they feel ripped off, lied too, and betrayed. If baseball teams are competing with their best pharmaceutically enhanced players, then they shouldn’t mix them with organic meat. Do you think mixing steroid modified players with organic ball players is right?

Is this the future of sports?

Gave up Baseball, Football & Basketball years ago...I refuse to support a bunch of Over Paid Cry Babies, There are to many people working for mininium wage trying to feed there families and these cry babies, crying they don't get paid enought..We played those games for Fun..BOO HOOOO HOOOOO
